Devia ser possível relatórios ordenados pela hora de entrada dos colaboradores, seria simples em termos de programação e podia poupar-nos meia hora todos os dias... Andamos a fazer este pedido há 2 anos.

O Relógio de Ponto online, estar com os resultados onlie e realtime, com o aplicativo. Muito bom.

Very easy to navigate- made scheduling so much better! Easy to understand

Wish you could enter coverage for a week- month etc, and not have to enter each day manually. ( And maybe you can but I dont know how!! )

The customer service is super quick to respond via chat and is always a person, which is very helpful. Usually they can resolve the issue or I can figure out quickly that it's not possible to resolve the issue due to the limitations of the platform. It's also inexpensive compared to other rota systems we've looked at, so I suppose I would say it's value for money. However, I believe you are paying for what you get - a very basic and clunky rota system that is serviceable but not necessarily quality.

The pros listed above are the only two things I like about FMS, so that basically means the cons are everything else. I don't find it to be user friendly for the employee - meaning it is difficult to see your shift pattern, apply for available shifts. The mobile app is unusable and we have to tell employees to use the desktop site at all times, which many find annoying. There's also no way to advertise available shifts in the facility view, only via staff view which I find very strange. We don't use it for timekeeping because there's no function for staff to 'check in' like on other rota systems. We also can't use it for payroll because we have staff working at more than one pay rate, and to adjust this and make exceptions has to be done staff member by staff member. Perhaps it's not only FMS's limitations but the way we build our rota system - I will be upfront that I did not built the rota system, rather inherited it from previous managers.

Easy to edit and change on the fly with our fast changing environments.

Would like if there was an equipment function.

It's easy to use and convenient. Straightforward app and desktop version

At the moment all is good and I don't have any issues.

It's easy to adjust the schedule; just a quick copy and paste. Also, the team is able to access it themselves, and any updates are recorded in real time.

It'd be nice if there were more filters for notifications.

The ease of creating rosters that are printable but also accessible on smart devices.

The easy scheduling and for stores across different provinces. The easy management of hours as per SA law. The overall costing of staff. The easy creating of outlets and staff. LOVE this app!

The rules (exceptions) that you need to write per employee and the fact that is does not incorporate holidays for other countries. The struggle to draw reports per different level

Staff find it more straight forward to use, it has reminders on and no one misses there shifts. No one writes over and or can amend without permission and its cleaner and tidier

over complicated in areas such as booking holiday and leave entitlement. Almost too many tabs and variations without little understanding

It is easy to use and simple. You can add the shifts and comments and personalised it to your needs.

Coping shifts is somehow complicated if you share the page with other services.

It has push notifications for shifts and a downloadable app.

i find it a little costly to be honest so I would consider other options.

The scheduling format is very simple and intuitive. I've used it for two different businesses, one only employing up to 10 people and one that employed 60+ and found it just as useful for both.

It's only minor - I've received feedback from the team that they don't appreciate the reminders about upcoming shifts especially when it comes through on their scheduled days off. If this feature could be an opt-in rather than opt-out that would help.

This is fantastic software thats really easy to use.
It was set up really quickly and staff started to use it straight away.

Nothing there is nothing about find my shift that i don't like.

Easy to use for both staff and management. Everything in one place and all staff schedules instantly visible. Very useful for working out monthly wages.

I have found no cons when using Findmyshift, nor have my staff

It's usability and app is great for both management and staff.

It would be great if they could introduce AI to generate a rota based on the availability of staff.

The cost, its good how flexible it is but to go from zero cost to an extra bill of over £200 a year is obviously not preferable

Difficulty in organising staff "positions" on the rota.
Would be good if it was possible to move people up / down on the rota for making printouts easier to read.
