I would like to start with the support we get from ManageEngine support team regarding application manager or other products we use in our organization. In context of Manage Engine Application manager we like it ease of deployment, configuration of required monitoring of application and server. Availability of reports, regular updates and ease of use.

We have used it up to our requirements and didn't find anything specifically which require improvement. Certain things like interface can be improved within some module in tools.

The most imporant thing about app manager is that it is very easy to deploy, upload monitors and get started

There are certain features which I need understanding about and the support could be a little bit better

I love how easy it is to set up and the extensive range of monitoring features.

The interface could be more modern and user-friendly, and the pricing is a bit high for small businesses.

It has alot of opcion of monitoring for IBM db2.

It doesn´t have support for c# and that is a problem for us.

Adding devices and configuring generic alarms about the health of servers and processes is generally straightforward. Support is fantastic if you have an issue. You can email or chat with them to get help.

Implementing scripts when an alarm occurs is kind of a pain. You install the script on the remote host for Linux hosts, and then the Application Manager will call if there is an alarm; for Windows hosts, it's super easy to restart services or applications or execute the script.
