Vantagens
I used Flurry before Yahoo purchased it and it was a great way to track and optimize mobile apps. I'm sure it's only absorbed more features since then.
Desvantagens
You need to be careful to track what you want to track. When speed is the name of the game, it's hard to get new baselines with data.
