Stampli helped us to organize our invoice management system. With Stampli, the financial services that we use is more clear and in control.

The customer support service of Stampli may be more effective.

Have been using Stampli for about 2 years. I found it simple, easy to use and reliable.

We use many different GL accounts and often times using the correct one may be challenging. This is not a Stampli issue however and has more to do with how we choose to do business.

That we are able to process invoices through check or ACH payments all in one place.

Searching for past invoices can be a clunky process.

I love how everything is housed in on location

Stampli is nice in importing receipts for job tracking and accounting

The thing I like most about Stampli is that it collaborates well with my accounting department's software and has a lot of features that makes processes go by fast.

The least thing I dislike about Stampli is that sometimes there are certain errors that pop up that I do not know what they are pointing out in specific invoices. It is very tedious to try and figure out what the error may be, but Stampli support is a perfect resource to use.

Very easy to use and understand in to set up.

The frequency of logins required for the program

I love the ability to search for and view invoices and that a URL link is created in our ERP that we can copy and directly access the invoice that is in the ledger. I like the audit trail and accountability, and the machine learning of "Billy" when he auto-codes.

Customer service is great, as well as our rep, but sometimes it can be difficult to get ahold of someone on the chat bubble when you need quick help - it can take a while to get an issue resolved sometimes.

Its easy to Track what Payments are being made

there isnt really anything i would say negative about stampli

Time saving! Invoice approval / processing time is 5x faster now.

Some of the configuration settings are finicky for the stampli card.

Vendors invoices will never get loss or forgotten about.

Really don't have any dislikes about Stampli.

It is very tedious going in and out of invoices to review versus the ability to automatically have it pulled up and ready for approval

Searching for older invoices can be a little sluggish at times, but overall it is not bad
