The QT9 software products seem to be designed with the customer in mind. The user-friendliness is clearly a part of the QT9 Quality Management Software. I love how easy it made everything.

I think that at times the process could have been a little more efficient in terms of time it takes to process a quality management order.

I work very little as it is almost completely phased out however it could not keep up business needs

First appear to be intuitive or user friendly

Training, Documentation Control, ISO Functions, Calibration and Equipment, Supplier and Customer Management, Safety, Corrective/Preventive Action Modules are all great and very useful. Implementation was amazing and the support/ training given allowed us to get our system up and going within a couple months.

The FMEA / Risk Management Module could use some help. I wish the modules tied together better.

This is a very easy to implement software that is inexpensive. The workflows are great out of the box.

The only con I have at this time is the reporting on Change Control. Once they develop reporting for this feature, it will be a big improvement.

Intuitive platform that can make manufacturing quality requirement so much easier to manage.

It was not the software, but the ability to get people to change their habits.

I like the modularity of the system. This really helps helps with implementation, and ease of use. I appreciate the stops built into the system to ensure important aspects are included in these records.

New product tracking would help our processes (APQP, Quoting tracking). Reporting isn't great for training, not good at summary information.

There is an option to customize the system to your unique needs and it can accommodate organizations of all sizes. It is also super user-friendly.

The initial setup might be a bit daunting.

Very user friendly. Several modules link together to make work flow seamless. Customer support is great and always available to help. Most modules have some level of customizable options to fit the needs of various companies and industries. Easy implementation.

There are a few minor nuances with some modules. However, these can very easily be worked with and do not impact the overall ease of use. Some modules over more degrees of customization than others.

This system has made documentation management of training records to rev controlled SOP's a breeze. The Supplier portal is a great feature. They provide solid training and are very responsive when you have questions.

It would be nice if it had additional features that apply to Food Manufacturing. It could use an upgraded look and easily customizable reports.

We love the document portal and it's ability to share and collaborate on documents. It has kept our records organized and has brought a level of consistency that was hard to achieve with more manual processes. We also love the support!

Integrating some aspects of our business into QT9 has been difficult only because our systems were not consistent. There are some features that might just not fit entirely and we sometimes wish there were a few more custom options. But it is also easy to understand why it requires a standard.

For a small company this sw package has all the basic offerings. We are a medical device company and myself, the FDA & ISO auditors liked the traceability, control of documents and everything was there at our fingertips from Management review to Documents to CAR's. Qt9 is always responsive to our questions and resolving issues. They have incorporated some of our suggestions into their sw updates. It is intuitive to new users and easy to use. We have configured their ECR module to handle storage of documents and electronic signoff for Validation Protocols,Reports, Design review meetings, Stop & Resume Ships, and other processes that need sign-off in addition to its ECR capability. For the cost, the flexibility, electronic signature and traceability is worth trying out the system.

One of the items on our wish lists is to be able to limit daily emails to weekly for some people. The common complaint is that people don't look at them (deleting) because a notification appears every day.
Training module is a little inflexible, but they are looking at improving it and also improving the report outputs.

QT9's ease of access and abundant training resources are the top features for my company.

So far there have not been any real problems with the software.

Completely Automate multiple processes, easy to implement, use, search documents and activities, helps us with our Audit process and keep up with compliancy

A lot of initial setup work, as with migrating any system

It is easy to link together products with deviation ECR and ECN

UDF should be more like surveys, that you can skip answers and jump forward to a another question

Document control, training, and Preventative Maintenance Tracking

We are satisfied with all facets of qt9 program

User Friendly Design, easy to implement, covers everything we need it to

user interface is very basic, but once you get used to it is very functional

Easy to use, all of the modules are integrated to one another, fast setup / configuration. the support that you receive from QT9 is always fast and effective.

The software cannot be customized to your exact needs. It is not possible to change the name of modules or tabs within the system or to hide ones that your facility does not use.

I think this application developed better interface when we compared with other similar apps, costumer services always available and user-friendly!

If it can be integrate with Linux it will be better.

Good interface. Very user friendly and customer support was readily available when ever I needed them. I win-win.

Implementation was difficult at first. However it was shortly lived. More expensive than the cheaper brands.
