Teams works very well with other MS software like Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. For organizations that are hybrid or fully remote Teams is a great tool for team collaboration and it is also convenient to be able to simultaneously work on projects in Excel/Powerpoint etc with other team members during live meetings. Teams is incredibly easy to use and I consider it a very robust workplace communication tool. > > **Desvantagens**: For users outside our organization or teams that are not on Microsoft they sometimes have issues with joining our video calls. We often have clients request meetings on other platforms that are native to their own internal teams like Zoom or Google Meet. While Teams is a solid option, not every organization uses it so there is some unfamiliarity with it for external teams. > > Overall I've been using Teams for several years and while it was a little clunky at first and the user interface was lacking, they have continuously upgraded and improved the overall user experience. You can add screenshots Depending on your setup, you will receive an email if you did not open your teams message in set time > > **Desvantagens**: jabber had phone line associated with itself (including outside phone call), jabber does not. So we ended up keeping jabber just for external calls \! > > For messaging its very good. You can make internal calls with Teams, but Zoom is still much better for everything. No external calls.
