This is a great tool for financial planning in your business. You can see data in a lot more interactive way than other software. You can calculate and understand A-Z from all of your financial side of things. I really love this software.

Vena provides a lot of tools to manage your business. And, for a beginner, it's a little bit time-consuming task to set up everything from A-Z.

Vena is a plug in for Excel, so the basic functionality for excel is all there. You don't need to learn a new software.

Integration can be improved. Sometimes integrations are complicated. It is not user friendly for Mac users.

The most I like about vena is that it simplifies the financial process with east integration with Microsoft 365 and it’s very easy to deploy across organisation for forecasting, budgeting and analysing performance metrics.

The least I like about vena is customising reports from original source can be challenging . Also vena can be made a little more interactive with pointers which makes it user friendly

Vena gives you freedom and is most easy and efficient app to make a template. Easiest way to share an information or sheet to department. All things like budget, revenue status and different planning can be managed by any small or large organization.

More upgrades can be done. The template takes 3 to 4 minutes to load. Bit expensive to maintain. Need to upgrade support.

The most liked features of Vena is the complete extraction of predefined data from MS Office 365 to simple accessible information .

I would say Vena is a less user friendly and immediate traction to new users would be slight challenge, which is still achievable.

I like the most about the drill down function in Vena. It allows you to view information on the transactional level.

I did not like Vena's task flow builder because it feel clunky. Additionally, the email settings need improvement because we are sending 50+ emails to each executive for the annual budget for review.

We have used it for accounting and it's really goodIt comes with business process management features and never disappointIt makes reporting and accounting analytics easy

Using it requires lot's of training and practice. Otherwise it's a great tool

I like that we are efficiently able to collaborate in Vena, the Approval process is streamlined which was lacking previously.I also like the Dashboard and UI which is Excel like, which is a known UI for me, and report generation and sharing is a time saver.

It's a bit expensive and its integration took time for its stable work with existing ERP software.but overall, it's awesome for the work it's supposed to do.

Vena software is useful to generate insights and automate your report generation tasks easily does to helpful to provide details and stand out with respect to security and compliance of the company

There is nothing Pros as such for this software the pricing of some third party Integrations can be reduced

It is simple to create financial budgets and forecasts with Vena.It streamlines financial planning and analysis process thus we can plan our financial future accurately with Vena.It helps to automate tasks and workflows and also simplifying business processes.It makes it simple to generate custom financial statement reports.

Vena has wide variety of features and functionality that are simple to customize,configure and navigate so as to meet our objectives hence I lack anything major setback to highlight.

Vena impressed us with its capabilities for ensuring adherence to tax and accounting requirements. It can generate tax reports, figure out taxes owed, and make submitting tax returns easier, lowering the possibility of mistakes and fines. For seamless data flow and process automation, it also connects with other corporate systems including customer relationship management (CRM) software and inventory management systems.

There were some problems during installation which made us contact the support team.

The features that make budgeting more easy and always accurate.It is in real time with notifications and keeping a good financial track on all expenses.

It sorted my accounting problems by far such that I don't really see anything as a flaw.

A value-for-money app helps you build any report and share information easily. User-friendly and easy to use, just setup and use.The most highlighting part was the training and webinar which made things easy to learn and implement.

There are a few things that I wanted to highlight:- Poor Support- Interface/Design can be better.- Some time it works slow.

Vena has greatly decreased our monthly-close time and made journal entries, financial reporting, and reconciliations much more efficient and easy to complete.

There is a learning curve and it can take time to set up reports/etc. on the front end.

What I like most is that Vena have interface like Excel, which makes it easy to create reports for our business. The interface is really great.

I always like using Vena because I never experienced any difficulties using Vena.

Vena is the best accounting software we have used. Impressive and intuitive interface. It provides us with excellent tools for invoicing, bank reconciliation and preparation of reports.

The ease of use of Vena by using Excel format.

Mapping budget input can be cumbersome but we understand why it has to be done a certain way.

It is very easy to create any type of report you like in a very logical way and is flexible to changes in data which are easily implemented and understandable for non-tech users

initial implementation was time-consuming and took many hours to setup hierarchy and validate data

Vena is extremely scalable which has been very helpful as we have doubled the number of stores we have. Also, we were able to streamline our reporting that use to take several days into just a few hours.

The templates can be overly complicated if they are not set up well.

The way it connects data contributors, analysts, and data consumers so there is only one source of truth to maintain. So far it has been very easy to get non-technical employees comfortable enough with Vena to use it effectively as a contributor.

I have some frustrations with the limits of Vena as it is used in Excel. For example, if contributors filter or sort tables in input forms it often causes issues with the dimensions mappings.
