Booqable has made it possible for me to turn my idea into a real business. It was easy to set up and get going and there is a lot of customization available.

I honestly have no complaints. I find the interface intuitive and easy to use.

I love the integration into a great looking website and how easy it is to use.

When you change the invoice after finalising it, you then need to delete and refinalise it given it a new invoice number.

Pricing is certainly a huge plus. But their website builder is really good as well!

The iOS app could get updated with more features available.

I’ve found the platform incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. Its streamlined interface allows me to manage bookings effortlessly, without the need for extensive training or technical expertise. From the moment I log in, everything is laid out clearly, making it easy to navigate through different functionalities like setting up availability, customizing booking options, and viewing client information.

What stands out the most is the system’s flexibility; it adapts to my specific needs, whether it’s adjusting appointment durations, setting up reminders, or managing multiple services at once. The automated processes, such as confirmations and reminders, save me a lot of time and help reduce no-shows, making my workflow much smoother.

Overall, Bookable has made managing my bookings a hassle-free experience, allowing me to focus more on my clients and less on administrative tasks. The convenience it offers has truly streamlined my operations, making it an invaluable tool for my business.

This lack of RTL support can be challenging when trying to provide a seamless and professional experience for clients who are more comfortable using these languages.

What I loved about it is that you don't need to be a web developer to be able to create a good functional website. Yes it lacks several bells and whistles of one but as a starter website and a business with less than 2 years I believe is excellent and it does the job.
I love that we are able to create quotes on web browsers or it's application. Easy to create them.
I love that it is so easy to create new items, their quantities, prices etc. As a growing party rental business this is important for us as we are expanding.
What we love the most, is the automatic web shop orders. Being able to receive online orders has become the number 1 reason why we are able to get 3x more orders, without doing a thing (just the initial web setup.)

Not being able to easily send quotes through the mobile app.
Not being able to receive tips through the payment portal.
Web design can improved. They need to allow the users to embed videos or images.
Embedding Booqable's calendar to your mobile device calendar is not that great. It does not allow items to be edited so that's a bummer.

Not enough of features for car rental service, but they promised to add them.

Compared to others, I found Booqable incredibly simple to set-up, navigate and use. Integrating it onto our website is super simple.

I found with other sites it was overly complicated to set-up inventry, track inventry and take online orders. Booqable made this an absolute breeze.

We have the lowest package as we're a small business and I think the cost difference for some extra features like being able to bull reports is not justifyable, which is a shame as this is the main gripe we have with the software.

There are small things like, being unable to do bundles and discounts based on a specific figure, rather than a percentage. Same goes with booking deposits, this would be much better to be able to charge a set price on each booking, rather than having it based on a percentage.

It would be great to be able to change the reservation status from the dashboard or order page without having to go into the booking and change manually.

Automatic emails and being able to create more automatic emails would be great. EG when a booking status is changed to returned, to be able to set-up a thank-you email that delivers automatically.

The Orders page, I think it would be good to be able to set a default on how the bookings are sorted. EG set the default to have the bookings based on the date of the booking.

Booqable drastically improved the booking experience and efficiency for both us and our customers.We love how easy it is to setup and use daily. We were especially impressed with how fast and helpful the customer support is, who are always happy to answer any questions we've had.

We would like the ability to pay for individual addon features from other pricing plans, rather than having to fully jump up to the next plan to only then use one or two of those extra features.

Booqable is incredibly easy to setup with an amazing user interface, along with virtually every feature I could possibly need to start my online rental company.

My only concern, which is really specific to me and not so much an issue with Booqable itself is that with only allowing for Stripe and PayPal integration, I've struggled a bit as a South African (with Stripe not being immediately accessible, and having to jump through a few hoops to get this going). The only thing I would add to the platform which really is quite specific to me would be to allow for the integration of alternative payment gateways, but I understand why this is a bit of a hurdle and probably not a high priority.

I loved that this software offered an instant free trial, I was able to figure most of the software out within 30 min. Any questions along the way are always answered by a representative that explains in full detail. I am not a very technology savvy person and I had no trouble figuring things out. I love this software and couldn't run our equipment rental business without it. Another perk is that you have to choice of renewing month to month. You aren't stuck paying for a full year if you end up not liking it.

I debated using it for a long time because I could not fully figure out the connection with Stripe and how all that worked. The communication with stripe was not good in the beginning (before I had an account). I didn't know if I needed a POS and which one would fit our needs. I bit the bullet and subscribed not knowing a lot of things but the relationship with stripe is a breeze and they are great to help with any questions. I actually ended up buying a different software (before I bought booqable) because of the uncertainty with Stripe, now I'm paying for 2 softwares but only using booqable because it is so much better!
