It costs every penny and you can use it for years for you can customize every bit in it.
Vantagens
It is very easy to start using it right out of the box, but the most useful is that we can customize every bit of it for our needs - from logo to the functionality. Their client service is always ready to help with any customization and with teaching/consulting.
Desvantagens
We'd like now to see a non .Net version. They promise the PHP version is coming soon. Also, we'd like to have some tool to customize faster some of the forms.
