You can create a spreadsheet with the Date you want the email sent to each person and set a trigger to send that email to that person on that date. You can do it with other services as Birthday Reminders. I like I could do this with a date with a trigger I wanted to set up. That date could be updated as needed. With other services, you could send a birthday reminder but then you had no other date you could work with. It had great support.

They needed a blank email template. I had to pick a premade email template then delete everything in it.

Very easy to install and great customer support.

Functionality is similar to other competitors

They closed my account without letting me know why. They make you learn how it works, to set up everything, to load your contact list, and set up your first campaign and they took three days to tell you that your account is closed.
Of course, we review the terms of service and we don't find what we don't comply, and they denied telling us.
Seem is completely arbitrary. we have been using Benchmark for two years and we have a rate of 8 over 10 in our account reputation.

It's a pretty new piece of software, which is wonderful but makes integrating it with other programs a little challenging.

Sender has helped my business get off the ground by allowing me to create web forms to capture information for potential clients and segmenting them into specific lists to automate email campaigns.

The automation took some time to learn compared to other softwares, but once you learn the different work arounds it is easy to duplicate.

our organization has 6 different congregations and they all use different emails but all on the same domain.
It will be difficult to have the other congregations to signup because of domain verification.

I'm really impressed by sender. I was using mailchimp and its features were just slow and cumbersome. Sender's interface is smooth and easy to use and has features that I did not have access to with mailchimp.

I noticed my open rates went down when i switched but that could just be a me thing.

It would be great if subscribers could unsubscribe from individual autoresponder campaigns that they don't want to be in. For example, if I'm running a sale, and the subscriber wants to opt out of getting emails for the sale, it would be wonderful if they could do that rather than completely unsubscribing from my email list.

Sender offers FREE use of all their features! I first tried Mailchimp and got used to making email templates and campaigns there. Sender was not far off and transitioning to it was really easy when making e-mails. I made the decision to use Sender because Mailchimp (or any other that I tried) isn't offering free automation. In Sender, that's free too and with great ease of use (much like Mailchimp). Importing contacts was not at all hard. So I really think Sender has a very competitive set of features at no cost! (For limited recipients and sent emails)

Sender is best used in a computer browser. So if I have to check something with my phone, I find that the UI is not yet mobile friendly. However, I work around that by modifying the browser to look like its desktop site and it's fine.

I love how non-complicated the interface is, and how smooth it goes. The verification process was also very quick. A quick look at the screen, and you already know how it goes. Of course, there will be some questions but the learning process is really quick. The flow and how all the buttons are set up is really logical. And it is so smooth. Not clunky and lag. I am loving it!
Customer service is also quick to respond, polite, and has common sense.

I have only used it for a while so I cannot say yet what is lacking. However, I did not find a way to tag audiences so that may be one downside. But there is segmentation so you can work your way around it.

It is an agile and easy to use tool. Good organization of the shipments, being able to set the week in advance.

I had a problem updating the subscriber lists, but was quickly resolved by technical support.
Also, it would be very helpful to have more facility to generate new custom designs.

A great advantage is a great support that helps quickly with every issue. It offers many free templates. Automation (integration with forms) is a snap.

It lacks some features, subscribers management is somewhat cumbersome just as email content editing.

The design of the app is really simple to understand. Everything seems clear and understandable. Customer service is Amazing! Really great features regarding email marketing management everything seems to be in one place. Design builder has a variety of templates to choose from and all of this is included into the free plan. I’m really satisfied with what I experienced when using Sender!

I have encountered some minor issues, however the technical department was able to solve my issue in a few days.
