The extensive results and profiles give clear advice and guidance on how to build on weak areas. All in all, a really great piece of software.

> **Vantagens**: It gives us the opportunity to assess the candidates remotely.It's the only tool in Greek that assesses soft skills playing a game, so this makes the whole recruitment process pleasant to the candidates.

> **Desvantagens**: We feel that the environment is "unpleasant" with the monsters and the colors for unfamiliar users to pc games. About the selection of the heroes:1. The description and the characteristics of each hero are not easy to find when the user opens the platform2. It's not clear to the user whether they should reply having on mind the selected hero or their own opinion

> The product works ideally only for 3-4 skills\* to assess - as recommended- and not for more.We had candidates who excelled in all the selection process (interview and other tests) except on Owiwi test and we hired them, and we really saw on the job that they possess these skills and we were surprised comparing to the owiwi results.\*We feel that when a candidate plays all the islands/skills, the ratings fall.
