Feature rich software platform that allows you a high level of customisation.

JR's biggest challenge is it a lack of API opportunity, this limits automation and integration with other platforms you may need.

I like classic user interface used for Jackrabbit. Jack rabbit is also good for scheduling classes and allowing self check in.

I don't like like the new UI changes. I also dislike the lack of data tracking within jackrabbit.

The way that it optimizes a lot of scheduling and holds information conveniently is very useful.

I often find it to be glitchy. I also wish the layout was more user friendly and straightforward. I think learning the program and even navigating certain things like user reports is a labyrinth. I wish that some features had descriptions if you hovered.

It is very user friendly! I love the reports I can run to track my program and its growth and opportunities for improvement.

The number of emails I receive in my inbox. Specifically when I send emails to my parents.

That all of our classes are purchased online freeing up an employee from dealing with the mundane task of setting up a schedule.

The inability for the pare ts to change lessons without call and waisting an employees time.

Software is very user friendly and easy to use. Very quick and efficient program

What I like the least about Jackrabbbit Swim is that it often logs you out and makes you re login.

Responsiveness of support staff is extremely quick. Whenever we have an issue and we reach out to support, we get an immediate response.

Support does not work with swim team management. The California Law chip reader is also not applicable. Apply pay would be nice to use. Additionally, some features, such as the new calendar, are implemented too early before completion.

I like how easy Jackrabbit is to nativagate ! Classes are easy to input . Billing is a breeze and does not take up a lot of time .

Text messaging does not work majority of the time .

Joackrabbit can do most things if you can figure out how. If you can't figure it out, their customer service is excellent to help and they take feedback to build out new features.

We are excited for the check-in feature to be added for parents and for when we can choose which classes automatically get makeups and which class types do not so that we are able to use the function to let parents submit their own absences.

I love the ease of use for parents and staff alike. It puts most of the functionality of our business in one place.

The only downside we have seen so far is not having open API which makes us have to do a handful of things manually instead of being automated. It still adds a ton of value, this is just a direction we hope they head in the future.

The customer service is incredible! They pair you up with someone to help you start out and let you use all the features on a trial to see if you like it. The scheduling features and skills tracking sold it for me! Great software.

We have an extensive waitlist right now. Jackrabbit charges per student and it gets pricey. I don’t like this feature as much because it causes me to not use the online registration and have to frequently update my leads if a family doesn’t sign up. It also doesn’t save all their information once you put them into the lead file.

I also wish we could set a time for registration to open. Not just a date. Our parents are crazy so we have to allow their access one at time.

I love having all of our registration on our website for families to register whenever it works for them.

It's missing some staff management pieces and I wish changing and updating classes was easier.

too many report options and cluttered main pages.
Simple accepted accounting pages would do along with simplified report options. Instead of 1000 report options have items to include in filters.

I like how many different things I can keep track of.

I wish it was easier to do private lessons with this software.

The ability to manage classes and enrollments

The limited ability to customize tasks - for example not being able to set closed dates for different locations

JackRabbit is pretty user friendly for companies and customers alike. We like the flexibility of creating classes and how it ties into our website!

The software updates are great but it would be nice to have more input on these updates so that we can make sure that our settings aren't being changed without us noticing.

Overall I think the data model has a lot of thought put into and the searchable help database is very useful.

The interface can be confusing and overwhelming at times.

I like that you can have your classes all set up there along with payment options and set discount options.

It's not very intuitive. Figuring out how to set up rules and class building almost always looking through tutorials.

We have over 800 students year round and the flexibility to open/close/move classes helps us build classes to meet immediate enrollment needs or current movement of existing swimmers. Weekly calendar is a great tool for a quick snap shot of what classes are open/full and where adjustments need to be made to help with movement.

We would like to be able to utilize the parent portal more for notes/updates to the customer. Currently they can only see their skills and level. We have to give personal updates or emails to give more specific details.

The transaction page can get a little confusing sometimes when there are credits applied or changes made to linked transactions. We have made it a practice to put detailed notes in so we can track any changes easier.

I like the staff portal! Super user friendly.

I don’t like how there’s not a calendar with all classes on it. On other softwares I’ve used, it was super easy to find a class simply by clicking on a calendar. You only get this view on jackrabbit when scheduling a makeup.
