Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our customers and accepting the Terms and Conditions is a mandatory step for any type of account creation.' The businesses are here to support the customers and help them even if they are on mistake. But smallpdf has given me really bad experience by charging me $150cad for the service that I don't use.
