Easy to use and setup simple SMTP scan to email services.

Security becoming too strict and will make deployment of scan to email services very difficult.

Very helpful service that's really easy for me and my customers to use.

Nothing really it's just a great all round service.

It provides an easy sending mechanism that prevents bouncebacks due to shared hosting environments.

This mail sender is blacklist proof, pure and simple.

Set-up is technical, but then again mail senders are by default, so it's expected.

Fast email delivery rate without going to spam folder.We can send huge number of mail at a time.It is easy to setup and Interface is also comfortable to use .

Overall experience was good i personally didn't have any issues while using.

I dont have to go through the hassle of creating SMTP or IP warming. My emails are good to go once I connect to this SMTP service

Sometimes the emails goes to spam. I have no control over that

Of all the methods we have used of sending email, including our own SMTP server and other email services, SMTP2GO delivers by far the most email messages. Before SMTP2GO, many of our emails were rejected at various stages of delivery, now it's below 1%

Every month we get an email saying we've used 80% of our capacity. I know that, because we send just over that band. We would pay a lot more to use the next band up.

Smtp2go is a simple & easy to use product that is packed full of features making IT admin nice and easy.

The only thing I can think of (and it took me a while) is probably down to the policies as opposed to the software it’s self, such as the dislike to people using autoforwarding of emails - but this may be just my understanding as to how it should work

I don't use alot of the features - I use it for setting up all my Multi Function Devices at customers site - with IP authentication makes scan to email setups super simple. No more hassleing with getting the ISP of choice SMTP server to talk. Enter smtp to go and walk away. LOVE IT. Also make life simple for IMAP/POP mail users to send from everywhere - Yes this can be setup - but SMTP2GO just makes it easier - and then I am off to the next job.

When I have needed support - customer email going wild (spammy virus) support was awesome!

Well if it was completely free that is always better... But life doesn't work that way

SMTP2GO is very easy to use. You can make multiple ID/Pwds for different IPs and servers and can route emails via it.

The reporting feature is very basic and you need to export your data into excel/csv to properly filter or search it.

The set up is very straightforward and the control panel is informative and easy to use

I can't find any features that I don't like

easy to use, have the proper tools to diagnose an email flow issue. reporting is quick to get the results.

when an issue occurs, cant call support. it would be nice to speak with a tech on the phone. have to wait for emails. email could be down.

We use SMTP2GO as a solution to a bad internet connection. Because of our industry, we need to host our own email servers. However people trying to email us often ended up getting bounces and undeliverables while our internet was down or flakey. The solution is to relay our email through SMTP2GO. They accept our email and hold it for delivery when we're back up and ready to receive.

I really don't have any complaints to be honest.

The dashboard lets me see everything I need on the first screen with no need to search a sitemap.

The cost is high for my organization but I don't know if there are better rates in the market for this level of service.

The simplicity and how easy it is to use their services. Mass emails are essential and they help make sure everything is sent. I also like their dashboard and being able to see everything in the website.

Not really too much. At most the set-up in the beginning was slightly difficult. But that comes with most of these types of services. Also, upgrading the services, I haven't been notified or communicated on any new updates they have done to improve their product.

Easily accessible service, and a clear explanation how to use it

It's not something I dislike, but I could be a good idea to provide a summary of the services being uses (e.g. once a year an overview).
