Easy site to navigate. great benefits

Vantagens
It is very easy to use and to navigate around. The use of the benefits on the site is great. The cycle to work scheme is very straight forward.
Desvantagens
This is not necessarily about the software but it would be great if all the reloadable cards loaded as quick as the easy saver card.

We've been very pleased with the SmartHub, it is easy to use and tailored to our needs.

Vantagens
The hub is easy to use, visually engaging and can be tailored to our organisation and updated as and when needed. The site is easy to navigate and the search function is simple to use.
Desvantagens
I can't think of anything I wouldn't like, the software works well and meets our organisational requirements.

response after implementation is delayed from customer support and our contact, don't feel our concerns are acted on for improvements to have better user experiences.
Vantagens
the design was very customizable and the implementation team was helpful.
Desvantagens
the app which is how most of our employees access the site, as they are on the road not in an office, does not have the same capabilities as the site on the desktop does. this deters most of our users from utilizing this tool and requires more work for the admin team. i was not aware of the differences before go-live. our team would like to post our own photos to celebrate success in the field. the savings app is completely separate then the company app and that confuses people as well as the savings method is not user friendly.

Great Recognition Software

Vantagens
Reward Gateway is easy to use and set up. The rewards catalogue is great. Discounts are an added plus.
Desvantagens
It is difficult to keep employee information up-to-date. Invoicing is tricky because we have to tell them when and how much to be invoiced for.

Great experience

The overal benefits have been saving money, it's also a great employee benefit. The site has had great feedback from team members.
Vantagens
The site is great to use as both an administrator but also as employee. The security function as an admin is great but receiving a text message each time I log in.
Desvantagens
It can be frustrating that two tabs open when being redirected from the main reward gateway site to the site of the shop that you are looking to shop on.

Instant access to data on how much our employees are using the system
Vantagens
The colourful layout and the ease of use. Having the data and key metrics to report on is also one of the things I like most about it. The live chat facility is also extremely helpful providing instant responses to queries.
Desvantagens
I feel that some of the reports could be a little better laid out and some of the explanations around the data, particularly when charts are used could be made a little clearer.

A great employee engagement tool

A great tool to have all your employee benefits and communications in a single location. Easy to guide people to use it, information is easy to locate and update.
Vantagens
Easy to use, features are easy to view, no complex menus to work through. Reward Gateway tailored the hub to our requirements, including a theme, company colours, images and wording.
Desvantagens
Did not have any features I did not like as the site can be customised.

I was not part of the integration. I administer the programs in the system that was already in place. Nothing stand out to me as something that is innovative or easy to understand without first having some training.
Desvantagens
I don't like the date format. I would prefer MM/DD/YYYY date format.

overall it is a fairly average experience. look into your customer support feature.
Vantagens
really enjoy the social recognition wall and the survey builder is good. the hub creation is nice because everything is customizable
Desvantagens
Support is a challenge and it takes a lot of time to get a correct answer from them. We currently do not have an account exc. and the one before lacked customer service skills. the upload feature is very poor.

Inheritance is not always a windfall

If you inherit a hub it is only as good as the people before you. It doesn't take much effort to shape and build.
Great service from my success manager, she is worth every penny and a bit more! Full of ideas and innovation. Really helped us build and develop a concept we can be proud of.
Vantagens
I have used it for a couple of years at different organisations and it is constantly evolving and improving. You really need to immerse yourself in RGs sessions to keep up with the changes and what we could add in.

Being Brilliant all the Way

The team at reward gateway become part of your business, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]has become such an integral part of Quest, he understands our vision for the Company and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Vantagens
We loved the fact it feels bespoke to our business, reward gateway always support our ideas and make them work. We knew everyone would be happy with the discounts, but we also have our Employee Handbook live as well as using the blog feature for communication. This has come into its own at the moment!
Desvantagens
The only issues we found was removing employees is a bit clunky - but again once you have done it, and been talked through it, its ok.

We chose Xexec because we trusted them to deliver globally with multiple award schemes – financial and non-financial. Their expertise is excellent and, unlike many other companies, you do not get “handed over” to someone with less knowledge or experience once you’ve signed the contract! The first reaction from our employees has been very positive and we’re seeing a high volume of usage for Ecards and nominations for our financial award schemes.
Vantagens
Easy to use, engaging portal and excellent expertise in the Xexec team. We implemented a complex programme across 19 countries within 6 months and have had very few issues and great feedback and usage.
Desvantagens
The only real downside is that Xexec seem to be very popular! Sometimes they were challenged to respond as quickly as we would have liked, or spend more time with us, but we were operating on a very short timeline. We didn’t end up spending much face time with the team, so if that is something that you expect, make sure to flag this and schedule it early on.

Vantagens
You can see all the companies taking part and their offers on the search page rather than having click on each one individually
Desvantagens
Not being able to specify the exact amount you want to buy on the gift card/e-voucher, it has to be in set denominations, then you have to wait for it to arrive
Some people don't have printers, if they need to print a voucher straight away if an item is only available in store
Not being able to purchase a universal card which can be used in all stores, instead you have to purchase separate ones for each store. Especially as many people do impulse buys plus don't want to have to carry multiple cards. I understand this may be complex as it would require to automatically connect with the various retailers but I think it is worth looking at to make the experience simpler and encourage me to use the service.
Non-refundable vouchers - if you end up finding the item cheaper elsewhere
Some offers are not as good, discounts for large items maybe but for smaller items you don't see much of a difference i.e. 4% saving, I would expect a minimum of at least 10%

I contacted the customer services email a couple of times and was happy with the response.
Vantagens
It was very easy to follow and I was able to select what I needed very easily.
Desvantagens
The e voucher options for particular stores didn’t offer a lower amount like £5. The amounts were from £10 and above. Like I received a £25 thank you award I had to purchase an additional top up of £5 to use the full amount.

The help team were really quick to respond when querying on when I would receive my voucher acquired through my awards on High 5 and provided this instantly.
Really good savings to be made with instant e-vouchers especially now that there is an app available.
Desvantagens
There could be a greater selection of vouchers available with 'Spend my Awards' on High 5 portal, more in line with what is available to purchase on Extra Mile

Review of 'myrecognition' module

Overall positive. I needed some support assistance with some vouchers and I found the service to be excellent both in speed and quality response.
Vantagens
I used the 'myrecognition' module and found it very user friendly with an intuitive interface. Redemption of awards against vouchers worked really well.
Desvantagens
In the previous software my organisation used, if you had been awarded points, your ' balance' was displayed at the top of the page so you knew easily if you had been awarded points. With Xecec I had to navigate to an awards screen to see what I had received.

Great customer service, great discounts and easy to use

Vantagens
Great discounts , concierge service is brilliant and very useful for busy people. I like the way that it has a lot of great well known benefits but has a small company feel in the customer service we receive.
Desvantagens
The User interface could be a bit prettier, but it's all about the delivery and Staff Treats has delivered.

Discounts! But Could be Better

It works but I had problems getting access to it at the start and there better discounts available by other providers.

It offers employee discounts through its partnership with my company. These discounts are available across most well know shops.
Desvantagens
There are better discounts offered by my partner's employee rewards software, so we usually use hers instead.
