I love the simplicity of the GMass tool. I integrate with my database of members to be able to share regular communication at the click of a button.

Nothing. It's a simple product that packs a punch.

I like that it integrates with GMail, which my company already uses for almost everything. And it saves me so much time personalizing emails!

A bit of a learning curve right at first (I'm not super tech-savvy)

The program works ok. I realized that I'm basically double paying for mass email and GMass felt like it clogged my inbox. It works for plain text emails, however I didn't really find much other benefit personally. And, I regret spending the money on it. Other people have found it really useful and leaving high reviews. I'm just feeling I could have done without it.

The customer service is awful and the website is a little bit of a run around to find your help/support answers. There is no chat function on the site nor a way to contact them. I didn't realize my subscription was still going until I got a card ping today. I immediately canceled the account and went to find customer service to ask them to stop payment since. In order to get a refund, I had to search the site. Then, you can only connect with customer service if you have GMass attached to your emails. I'd already pulled the chrome extension off my computer. Without the GMass extention, you cannot get a hold of customer service. To me, this is dishonoring to the customers that pay money monthly to use a product. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend GMass.

EMail campaing made really easy and the pricing is good.

If people are given demo option whole world will go with this software

My favorite features are: the ability to read spreadsheets, the ability to verify emails before sending and its follow up features.

Would love if it had more analytics capability or could do more CRM tracking. But overall its really a fantastic tool.

It's easy to use, works perfectly every time and lets me mailmerge without ever going near the nightmare that is MS Word! Definitely recommend.

Its not filtering email right now for junk email addresses.

Price is pretty low, I was using a tool that was doing the same thing for 5 times the price.

One of the best tool I have ever used for mu business. My team has just started using Gmass but we are already impressed by the features and services. Gmass has everything to ease my team's work. The best thing I found about Gmass is that it customization of services and problem rectification services.

Gmass Provides features like automated follow-ups, push email campaign, multisend emails, and many more helped my team to do efficient and effective work.

So many emails from Gmass it self and after sending the email campaign the email sits in draft untill I remove it manually.

While I have used several CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce and email marketing tools such as Mail Chimp and Constant Contact, GMass has simplified the process to keep everything within your gmail platform. I started out with the free trial and switched over to the payed version, because the product works...and works well at that! I loved the simplicity of the reporting and follow up features. I would not think twice about using this product!

The templates sometimes glitched, but it was nothing that pausing the campaign couldnt fix!

Very affordable. Very easy to use. Like that it's almost exactly like using Gmail.

Doesn't have indefinite email opens tracking by subscriber which is important for my business. Must use a secondary service if sending more than 2000 emails per day.

It is easy to use but it has a lot of functions that make the communications seem natural. I like the spreadsheet connecting feature...it make life easier.

I wonder about deliverability and if you aren't careful you can put your gmail account in a tough spot with the number of emails you send.

I have been using Gmass since last few years and it made my job really easy. Being a marketer it helps me alot to promote my product without wasting time on sending it one by one to each clients. I recommend this to everybody.

GMASS is awesome! Ive tried all kinds of Mass Email marketing softwares and GMASS is by far the cheapest and best one ive used to date.

UI is a little bit out dated, but it works wonderfully

Any product takes a minute for the user to become familiar, and Gmass is no exception.

Gmass is so simple and easy to use. I like that it allows me to work within Gmail, and it's much quicker for one-off mass emails than other platforms like Klayvio. Definitely recommend!
