I like how easy it is to get an interactive media campaign live. I'm still getting everything set up, but it's been very simple to get products loaded and images/video added.

At this point, there isn't an easy way to allocate credits by campaign/client. While it's not a big deal, it would certainly make the platform much stronger (I also know this is on their roadmap to add).

As a designer, I really love to think a little outside the box with this product. Yes, it has great marketing applications, but think of all the things you can do with Spott in the education space. It is a super user-friendly tool for non-technical users and I love it.

Overall I do think the UX and UI could still be improved. Perhaps a few more customisation options for products could be added, but I really like the simplicity of the product as well.

This software is a way for you to engage your readers and customers with video, as well as the option of creating an interactive catalog. The interactions are really great looking, it's nice that developers seem devoted to improving this product!

No integration with Integrately or Integromat!

Able to engage your audience with video interaction. There is also option to create interactive catalog with PDF and videos. The interaction areas interact well with video viewers. Gotten this software in the hopes of many great upcoming features, as the developers seem to be on a path to keep improving with more features, which is great.

Limited functionality if videos are not in your own websites, such as if the videos are played in YouTube or Facebook, the interaction is limited. But this is understandable, as those platform does not allow external codes to run on it. On the note of YouTube, the software has a Chrome extension that can be installed so the users with it may get the interaction working.

Really easy to implement and the UI/UX makes the integration look great on all ad formats.

Customer support is kind of slow, luckily the product is quality so I don’t need to contact them much.

It is clean and very helpful for displaying details in scientific images. Even if the student is not practicing with the new things.

I have been searching for ways to make my content more interactive and engaging, so I was happy to find Spott. It makes it simple to add interactive elements to the content I produce, which grabs people's attention and increases the likelihood that they'll take a longer look.

So far I haven't experienced any real cons, other than trying to find the best use cases for my service-based business. It definitely seems more geared toward ecommerce, but my mind is busy thinking of ways to use it for my purposes.

The UI could be a little bit easier/friendlier for non-technical people, but this is hardly something to complain about!

What I like best is the ability to do interactive visual content in 3 format: Video, Still Photo, and 360 panoramic which allows for more creativity and flexibility in delivering interactive content.

The real bonus for me is the 360 panoramic and catalog, which is very useful for my very specific use case in the construction industry .

No sub accounts yet as of this writing. I need sub accounts to allow for clients to directly create their interactive materials.

As the technology is new it needs to be created thinking the versatility of the output results it offers.

Documentation could be better, more showcases, and tutorials how to do more than just basic setups.

My reason for purchasing Spott was to enable someone with basic editing skills in my team to publish interactive content without having to go thru a steep learning curve. In addition, the facility to publish to FB, Pinterest, IG, etc makes the product highly versatile for engaging the customer in order to capture leads or supply more product information (e.g., e-commerce).

One area of suggested improvement is the current visibility of the "spott", which resembles normal dots on an image -- if there was way to make it animated, that would help increase its conspicuousness and raise customer engagement. Turns out that this is a setting on the style creation, but this was not obvious to me at first glance...

I love the ease of use, as well as the possibilities that Spott offers. The ability to create hyper-interactive videos is amazing. It is much easier than you think and I believe that is what is surprising about Spott, the way the user experience is mapped out makes it easier for you to get up and running fast. In no time, I was ready to launch your first video.

The one challenge that Spott faces is for our videos to be fully functional on platforms like Instagram or pinterest, but that has nothing to do with Spott. Once the other platforms evolve, Spott will be there to help us take advantage of this advancement.
