It was really easy to set up, and customer service is easily accessible if assistance is needed. It is also easy to use, on the consumer side.

The fees are not clear. I cannot find the percentage that I'm paying, per order, anywhere. They need to be more transparent about that.

The ease of use and integration is what we like and appreciate most about Afterpay. It is critical for payment processing to be as simple as possible for customers in 2022.

The reporting and administrative portals could be better. Would like to see a more comprehensive dashboard of sales and analytics.

The process to integrate into Shopify was very easy and they had a great on-boarding process.

There is no API connections on the back end to bring in payments into my ERP system to reconcile which was disappointing.

I like that AfterPay is user-friendly inside the app when shopping and looking for stores. Putting all their available stores in categories makes it easy to navigate through and there is a variety of stores. Anyone can find a store to shop at. I like that they offer in-app and in-store options and I like that they have a rewards program.

The speed of the app when going from store to store or category to category can improve. It is way too slow and very frustrating. I get impatient most of the time I am in the app and start clicking everywhere because nothing is happening and when it finally wants to wake up and go it clicks me everywhere I clicked except for the intended location. That is my only complaint about this softwarde.

I like what the actual product is and it’s ability to provide customers with an additional payment option

I cannot get in touch with anyone that will help us. We have been trying to get on their catalog and participate in Afterpay day and other promos for the last 2-3 years, we were directed to marketing and told to upload our assets, we did that and nothing happened, then we sent them several emails, never heard back, emailed multiple different areas to find out the status, nothing, no response. To date we have never heard back or been added to to the catalog and can’t participate in their promos.

AfterPay allows customers to purchase what they want, when they want, without waiting for their next pay period. The payment processing system has increased our total cart value. AfterPay has become a great way for our wholesale clients to put only 25% down on their large purchases and by the time they have re-sold our products, they can easily pay off their balances early with AfterPay.

Customers have mentioned that they wish AfterPay was more widely accepted at all retailers. AfterPay's customer profiles and analytics could be a lot stronger in the dashboard. We would love to know more about our customer's shopping habits, likes, and dislikes. We also have customers who were gladly accepted by Klarna (their competitor), but they can't make a single AfterPay purchase.

This software allows our customers to pay over time, and it has allowed us to expand to newer audiences.

There is nothing I don't like! I think its easy to use, and I'm able to go in and see any orders or customers that are needed.

Any opportunity to increase conversions is attractive, and there are many processors now using the "pay in 4" model. Give another point to get the sale is great.

They're customer service is atrocious. I Changed the theme of my website template and needed them to update as well, so every product reflected the installments in pay in four. Helped conversions really nicely. I emailed them about it, they never responded. I transitioned to PayPal Pay in Four reluctantly, but it was sort of forced upon us with the lack of response.

It’s easy to access and manage using the app and the ppl are very nice when it comes to contacting them

Nothing everything is self explanatory on there so I love it

Afterpay team was exceptional in getting me started. Business model was the first before any of the others. They are used by high end boutiques and companies and are well respected and recognized. They are reasonably priced and people use them all the time. Their directory spotlights my company and is always recommending me on their list. I get many referrals from their directory. It's a winner company.

No real cons, but I did think their original color for their logo was prettier than the light mint green they switched to, but that's just me.

This is an incredibly easy software to implement into the shopify platform

The fees are a little high and it takes a while to get your funds after someone purchases a product.

I love that my clients can use afterpay to check out! They use it very often! And it definitely ups my sales

I would say I do have a hard time trying to reach out because they don’t make the contact info accessible.

I love how easy it is to set up, and it boosts sales like you wouldn't believe.

I don't think there is anything I don't like about what Afterpay has brought to my website.

I like that Afterpay is another tool for my customers to use.

I do not like the backend of Afterpay for businesses. It's not really user friendly and there aren't options for you to change your information yourself. This is the downside to Afterpay for me. If they updated their backend system for companies it would be a 10/10 for me.

It would be helpful to show that the option is available on the checkout page rather than the payment page when a customer is making a purchase. Sometimes customers aren't aware it's available even if it shows on the product page.

Being able to purchase items and pay every so many days after....

When there app didn't work, they still would try to charge you as if you received the items. And when trying to notify them, I received no assistance. This is 1 of the worst Companies I have ever done businedd with....

I love using Afterpay because it boots our sales
