Vantagens
A possibilidade das empresas cortarem seus gastos com alugueis e poder investir mais em divulgação. Esse aplicativo vem revolucionando a mente de muitos empresários.
Desvantagens
Percebo que precisa ser divulgado mais pois a maioria das pessoas precisam dessa informação para otimizar tempo e qualidade de vida

Vantagens
Deskbird is really intuitive and is a big leap forward compared to the former desk booking app. It is fast, has a nice interface and fulfill completely its purpose.

Some graphics bugs sometimes that need a refresh of the page

Easy use. Clear and concise. Not too many clicks needed to record and book what you want.
Desvantagens
Email confirmations of bookings. It can be annoying to have to bin them and clogs up email feeds. I assume there is a setting option I can change to do this but have not yet had the time to explore.

This platform is easy to use and is mobile friendly. The app makes the process of booking desks and rooms a breeze.
Desvantagens
Sometimes it can be hard to see who's where after you have booked your desk or room. You can see who's booked to be in the office but you cannot see where they are. Sometimes having booked a desk and where you're at an early offsite meeting, it would be great to have other options to hold the booked desk as you were going to use it after 11am.

It should be possible to book within 30 days. Although I suppose this is an internal criterion of my company.

The config was pretty simple, [sensitive content hidden] assisted us great!
Desvantagens
Not deskbird related but our users needed some time to get familiar witht the app (we used an other booking app before)

Deskbird eignet sich besonders gut, um den eigenen Arbeitsplatz zu reservieren und um Räume zu buchen (für Büro-Gebäude/-Flächen). Man kann auch seine Arbeitszeiten im Überblick behalten. Führungskräfte können außerdem nachvollziehen, wie hoch die Auslastung von Räumen oder Gebäuden ist, wenn sich Mitarbeitende in Büros (Präsenz) einbuchen.
So erkennen auch andere Mitarbeiter: innen wer am Standort ist und wo diese sitzen.
Desvantagens
Ich bin zufrieden mit Deskbird. Man könnte eventuell einige Funktionen in andere Programme integrieren. Über MS Outlook ist es aber zum Beispiel bereits verknüpft.

Die Einfachheit der Bedienung ist der größte Vorteil für unsere Mitarbeitenden. Der fantastische Support unserer Key Account Managerin ist essentiell gewesen für die schnelle Einführung und anschließende Betreuung.
Desvantagens
Das Set an Features ist über die Buchung von Arbeitsplätzen hinaus sehr limitiert. Uns würden konfigurierbare Rollenprofile helfen, um verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern unterschiedliche Bereiche des Admin-Centers zur Verfügung zu stellen und eine kleine Workflow Engine, um Arbeitsprozesse nach der Buchung von Besprechungsräumen auslösen zu können. Aktuell kann deskbird nicht das zentrale Tool für die interne Bewirtung/den internen Service werden.

Vantagens
Ease of set up, ease of on boarding users. Low cost and low annual charge. Helps us plan days in the office more effectively, ordering supplies as and when needed helping us prevent waste and over ordering.
Desvantagens
Nothing noticed so far, our only con is reminding team members to sign in weekly and schedule their calendars.

Desvantagens
the cost, which inexplicably doubled in the space of two years.
It should not work for active licences (one could forget to eliminate inactive staff). I think it should work per number of average monthly accesses
