User interface and user experience is 100% awesome

clocking in and out from the mobile version is not updated. Dashboard cant capture from mobile logging in and out.

Our company uses Sprout for HR and payroll purposes. We can easily view our documents, file for leaves, and see our payslips. The easy access that it provides is very convinient and helped us in getting the information we need real time.

Login issues is one of the primary error we are encountering, it doesn't accept known password, and it takes time to reset the password.

Sprout offers good features that are beneficial for a company in terms of attendance, payroll, and other HR related needs– I like how we can find all these features in one platform.

Sprout would have downtimes which makes it difficult for our team to clock in and out on time. Schedule adjustments can also be confusing especially for 24/7 shifts.

I like using Sprout for our HR and Payroll process. I find it easy to use considering the difficulty of doing manual work for ones reports and payroll processes.

What I like least about Sprout are the processes that should have been in the system that should be easy to manage but not considering releases from DOLE, e.g. Flexible Work Arrangement, CWW

What I like about this is that it is an on-the-go type of app where you can easily access anywhere. With just one click you can now log in or log out. Very accessible to users and for 6 months of using it I didn't even have problem using it.

So far I didn't experience any problem at all except that sometimes it logs or hang up but maybe its because of the internet.

I liked the overall features of this software its very easy to understand and navigate. I also liked when you logged in and see the entire user interface its not painful in the eyes and you will see your team's attendance everyday easy to identify who's running late.

I dont have anything on this software that I did not like. maybe what you can add on to its feature is by adding photo for your personal profile. I think that's going to be so cool!

This software is very helpful and user friendly.

There are more features that needs to add on.

It stores information needed for payroll and timekeeping. Gives necessary and relevant data for a certain employee.

It doesn't have any customer support to assist our needs in terms of trouble logging in and Password reset.

Its platform is flexible and easy to use

As a recruiter, the best feature would be the real time tracking of your teams' attendance.

The reminders of every employee's anniversary.

Attendance Tracking, Leave Management, Payroll Processing, are just few of functionalities that Sprout does best. Ease of use is ensured, all while ensuring that security for both the company and employee is in place.

Allowing the system to further categorize entries such as Leaves, Overtimes can go a long way for a company to make use of the available data from its employees.

I like the way how they display employee payslips, it's very easy to understand. We also use Sprout for clocking in and out of our work while we're still working from home, and this feature makes the salary disbursement hassle and dispute-free.

I find some features hard to understand/ navigate, like when you're filing a rest day OT or holiday OT. You must still request an Official Business + Schedule Adjustment and so on.

I wish I could erase the previous login here, like those usernames that are not mine will be deleted so that I can only see mine. Because sometimes my colleagues access this software on their own accounts and their usernames are not removed.

User-friendly, Easy tracking and filing of schedules, leaves and schedule changes, tracking of how many leave we have, tracking if our Team Leader has approved our manual time keeping and I can access it anytime.

I hope there's an option to personalise the colour of the software.

it is very good and useful for those employee like me it can help me to track my attendance , leaves, and other concern on my payroll issue

for me at this moment sprout is doing well . all the features are bery helpful

It's versatile. If you're on the go, you can download the mobile app. If you rather have your phone just for personal stuff, you can just browse with ease through the portal. Also, it's nice to see that they constantly
upgrade their app to accommodate other features which are only available through the browser portal.

There are times when the attendance feature lags, but nonetheless, everything's good.

Layout looks organize. I can easily navigate and determine what to file and where to file it

Requires notifications for changing passwords a lot. Passwords should only be changed when the user wants it through the settings page

Sprout was easy to use and navigate, it can manage all of our days in and outs and can incorporate into our daily biometrics in the office.

It doesn't have a pop-out notification or a reminder thru email/any other soc. media account that there was been a pending for approval on your team an hour or two before the cutoff will start.

Very easy to use. It is also convenient to use as we are able to access it anywhere and through mobile/

I have not encountered any issues yet with this application.
