Pandora FMS is a brilliant package for remote monitoring and network monitoring especially in data sensitive environment. Pandora FMS does its job as a loyal security personnel keeping us updated about any suspicious activity and helping us overcome it. It uses different serves for network monitoring and remote monitoring for ease and brevity.

Sometimes there is a lag which could be overcome by using additional servers otherwise it's a brilliant package.

Ability to program different custom queries.

Linux base application are more difficult to set up. Installation is never fluid like for Windows applications.

Only supporting RedHat and CentOS, all our Linux product are based on Ubuntu.

Why not supporting Ubuntu? This is game changer for our company, we are thinking about using another application if Ubuntu is no longer supported.

Its difficult to add agent to console and migrate to upper version

Pandora FMS is a very handy monitoring tool for daily use. Accurate with metrics and useful reporting function for analysis of server performance. We are planning to widely distributed the agent cross more servers for our customers.

Improvement in customized monitoring and customized scripts might be extremely useful.

In comparison to other monitoring tools, Pandora FMS is among the best. Possible centralized monitoring of all infrastructure components (network, servers, apps, and databases). Pandora's features are all top-notch, too.

If you're unfamiliar with Linux, the installation procedure might be a real headache.

Amazing software for small businesses. I am a consultant dedicated to install Lync and Skype for Business over large companies. But this product has nothing to envy over those big names companies. Performance is seriously good specially when you discover that it can run even over a VM. I highly recommend the use of this product for small businesses.
SOme of the features are not even available on other more expensive products.

Support for old versions is not the best. And the life cycle seems to be very short. But you get what you pay.

The most I like when you using pandora FMS is very good in nertiwok mapping and controlling.

They should advance the security, to avoid frauds.

The platform offers a variety of features and it’s very complete. I used it for a limited time and found it very convenient and not so hard to use after some time. Good options for cloud monitoring, network monitoring, etc.

May be somewhat expensive for some users. Since it has plenty of features it’s a little confusing at first glance but one can learn quickly.

For ubuntu it is pretty hard to configure at the start.

Pandora FMS is a flexible and highly scalable monitoring system ready for big environments. It doesn't matter what network you are using.

The software tends to overwork the system and overload the core. In doing so it slows the network and operating systems of the computers being monitored.
