Praticidade em alternar os modos de recebimento entre antecipado ou parcelado. Possui chip de dados que permanece ativo mesmo ficando um bom tempo sem usar a máquina, além de poder usar wi-fi. Relatórios fáceis de entender. O pagamento cai direto na conta bancária cadastrada.

A máquina é bem frágil, precisa tomar muito cuidado.

Eu gostava da maquininha que era muito fácil de usar.

Não havia integração com os aplicativo que uso para gerencial os recebimentos da empresa.

É um bom programa de pagamentos, onde os iniciantes devem começar a utilizá-lo

- Very simple to use, other programs should follow their example as for UI / design
- Relatively competitive prices
- One of the very few apps available for the Spanish market/taxation

- No Stripe integration
- Very primitive and problematic Paypal integration
- WooCommerce integration is through IEX Debitoor integration (external, not free)
- Really messed up data export (all in Spanish, btw) and importing your data into a new program might turn out difficult not relying on third party professionals.

The user interface is very simple.
I write all my offers and bills exclusively with debitoor. I have my finances totally under control and can easily digitally review all my expenses.
The app runs seamlessly (android). I honestly do most of my work on my phone while I'm on the go, thanks to debitoor.
The customer service is quick to reply and friendly.

I don't have anything negative to report.

It’s easy to input sales, and also create payment links if you are having an issue with the card machine.
The variety of features such as gift vouchers and online shop are great.

There is no user guide to let you know how the gift cards work, and it’s a bit fiddly.

Ease of use when it works. simple pricing structure.
Nice interface and like the ability to create shop items and groups.

Reporting in web interface is very limited. Sales and revenue reports need to be customisable. Items defined in the shop need to be reporting on as configured in their groups. Otherwise what is the point of having groups in the POS software/
Would be good if there was a web version that can integrate with online payment systems so that I only need to preocess reports from 1 system rather than 2
Blue tooth connecting is very flakey. Especially when pairing with another device. We have had lots of issues getting blue tooth connection to work and stay working.

It's simple to take customer card payment wherever you are. You just need the handheld device

Sometimes it can be difficult to reach customer support and the chatbot is useless.

The perfect Integration in other tools and bank accounts like Elster and Kontist.

The Customer Support has not a good knowledge base about their tool, when I had questions I had to help me by myself.

It's easy, it's fast and contains many functionalities that easy my working day

Once you selected the way to pay your taxes, you cannot reverse it but have to create a new account

Most complete accounting tool on the market for freelancers and very good Interface.
Good invoicing funtionality & great app

If you do the yearly tax declaration on your own, I sometimes find it hard to transfer the data. I miss something like an "Anlagenverzeichnis" on a yearly basis

In Italia da anni esiste l'obbligo di accettare pagamenti elettronici. Questo tuttavia ha un costo per gli esercenti che devono corrispondere una somma alla banca per disporre del lettore di carte, costo telefonico (linea fissa o SIM card) e percentuale sull'incasso da versare alla compagnia che ha rilasciato la carta- solitamente Amex e Diners sono le più care. Con il lettore di carte Sumup ci si compra il lettore di carte a un prezzo accessibile , si usano tecnologie come il Blutooth, internet o Wi-Fi e si paga una commissione minima per qualsiasi tipo di carta e si è in regola con la legge!In un secondo tempo mi hanno proposto la mastercard di Sumup, dove versano il dovuto e il tutto gestito dall'App! Molto comodo davvero.

Purtroppo una sera nel ricaricare il lettore è caduto- pareva cosa da niente ma non è stato più utilizzabile. Chiamato l'assistenza, dopo una chiacchierata con l'assistente virtuale ne abbiamo dovuto ordinare uno nuovo e pagarlo....Preciso però che erano passati i 2 anni coperti dalla garanzia.

Cliente da ormai 5 anni, il servizio ed il terminale sono buoni, la pagina personale dal sito offre un buon monitoraggio come anche da app, uso il terminale collegato al telefono col bluetooth e la connessione è veloce, comodo anche il pagamento via link che permette di incassare a distanza

Fino a qualche settimana fa il collegamento terminale-smartphone era spesso lento o addirittura non avveniva e si doveva riavviare il telefono, ora sembra essersi risolto; sotto l'aspetto della spesa invece, attualmente si possono trovare offerte più economiche

Il faut jamais se tromper et avoir besoin de refaire une facture. Le programme est horrible. Le pire c'est les gens qui travaillent pour nous donner le support . Ils ne comprennent rien.
Le logiciel a un bug très grave, c'est impossible de chaque année qu'on commence avec le numéro 1, 2, 3 il faut continuer la numération.

Unfortunately after shifting from external support of bank accounts to internal it started to work poorly, with many important options dropped completed, like support of Amazon cards.

A great app with a great product. Stylish design and intuitive app. In was nervous about how much talking card payments would cost me but the fees are so reasonable I can't fault the product

The only issue I have found with the software that in would think of as a con is if you start a transaction and the customer asks to add a tip you can't cancel the transaction you have to wait till it times out.

You can write a new invoice for a new customer in a few minutes !

You can do the complete accounting with his software, but I still use an easy excel-chart for this.

The battery in the card reader lasts FOR AGES. The software is really easy to use and the ability to text or email receipts is good. The best bit is that it pays out the next day.

To be honest the only issue I’ve had it sometimes it is slow to connect to the cars scanner but other then that it’s great.
