Sometimes it's difficult to find the exact answer I'm looking for. I also had an issue setting up my business hours. I was able to figure out I could do it in the app and it would save, versus doing it on the browser where it wouldn't save. All in all these were mostly minor inconveniences. > > So far so good\! And the customer service is horrible. > > I purchased the subscription because it advertised features I was looking for such as sync with apple calendar and adding extra time in the appointment block. I would have used this to block out travel time to my clients. However, it only gave the option to sync with Google calendar, not Apple. And the extra time blocking feature was basically useless for my needs. I thought, “oh well, I’ll just cancel my subscription and move on. No big deal.” So I went to manage my subscription on the website, cancelled my subscription and thought that was the end of it. Then I was charged for the another month. I thought it was a mistake, so I emailed customer service. They are refusing me a refund because I didn’t cancel my subscription through Apple instead of THEIR WEBSITE\! It was an absolutely horrible customer service experience. I would never recommend this app to anybody. ----- ### "Absolutely loving it\! And I believe the Goldie app should stop me from doing this.
