Working in a big Cultural institution that is also a huge Congress and Meetings Centre, is at minimum, a huge challenge of communication. A powerful software that will help you to get to know (even) better your customers. Segmentation based on interaction ally on machine learning technology, will help you to comunicate in a more accured way, saving you time and money. And last but not least, the great support team that help us making the most of it.
Vantagens
Database segmentation. Increasing opening and click through rates, and increasing conversion.
Desvantagens
Such a young company has a lot to improve and to evolve. But they are in a good way.

Finally, suitable mail campaigns for different users

Vantagens
With thalox for marketers I am able to target my email campaigns and generate qualified leads from my own database without investing a lot of money in other online campaigns. The add-on saves us a lot of time in selecting our target group.
Desvantagens
The user interface could still be a little cleaner. But a lot has already been done here in the last few weeks of use.

Nothing short of amazing.
Vantagens
Thalox is user-friendly and instantly allows me to see how our audience is responding at any given time. The support we receive from the team is also second to none.
Desvantagens
My only complaint is that I don't always have time to utilize the tool to its fullest potential.
