> **Vantagens**: Personally I like how easy it is to access all of my deals with just a couple of clicks. Also as an inside sales representative, in my particular profession, I do not see a lot of leads that I need to follow up on so the ones that I do need to follow up on are that much more important. Pipeline Deals helps organize and reminds me daily about which leads I need to follow up on. It also allows me to make custom notes and set various times and dates in which I am reminded to follow up.

> **Desvantagens**: I haven't used Pipeline deals for a long time, but one thing that I would like to be able to do is upload my quotes onto pipeline deals. It would be nice to have that information attached to the customer's profile for quick access.

We use the Pipeline Calender feature to properly manage sales calls we need to make ,and everyone on the sales team can now properly track all of our most important projects.&#10;    The entire sales team stays on the same page , as every sales person is able to read notes left  by others on every profile page ; ensuring they simply need to continue from where their colleagues stopped  and avoid repeating sales milestones already accomplished by others.

> **Desvantagens**: Without a recurring subscription fee, they have no motivation to help their current customers. They've already gotten 100% of the money their going to get from them. &#10;&#10;The lead form, despite being embedded on the host site, runs through a redirect, meaning I'm losing all attribution of leads when looking in Google Analytics. I'm guessing where to attribute marketing dollars because PLP is actively preventing me from seeing where the leads come from.&#10;&#10;I've been trying to work with the support team for months now and when they couldn't answer my question after the first few emails they just started ignoring me. I've sent 4-5 additional emails with zero response.

> If you have the budget for literally anything else, use it. This is a tool built by sales people and does not hold up when compared to how a truly sales-marketing integrative CRM/automation tool should operate.

> **Desvantagens**: Least of all I do not like that one can't remove past users. We can create an archive team and place them there, but their data and names show up in places where deals cross over still. I'd like to see an option where we can either completely migrate their data or delete totally.

> Overall, our organization has had a very positive experience with PipelineDeals. Years later and we're still learning how to customize and utilize the options.
