It is versatile and strong. Zoho campaigns has a lot of functionalities and connections to other Zoho tools.

It is not reliable in formatting, deliverability, reporting.
The emails will look worse than from the competitors.
There is no custom localization.

Easy setup and good feature to send an email blast out. I like the user interface and that it comes with Zoho one. Email addressed can be uploaded easly.

Interface has a lot of settings. It take a while to find your way around and figure out what topics are and how to assign them.

Firstly, Zoho Campaigns is affordable across all tiers.

Secondly, ZC automates email marketing which saves time.

Finally, it has a robust backend integration capability.

Unfortunately, Zoho Campaigns doesn’t offer website builder and landing pages creation tools.

Zoho Campaigns is what I have been looking for, no cons.

Reliable cloud CRM for optimum customer engagement.
Customer retention and prospects gain.

Nothing to complain because it fully meet all.

I like the easier integration of the Zoho campaigns with social media tools and the email to ease marketing on social media and emails

Pricing is extremely expensive for this solution and I would appreciate if they reduce the pricing

What I liked more about Zoho campaigns was its capability to send out email blasts, and bypass email filters.

What I'd enjoyed least about Zoho Campaigns was how difficult and buddy the UI was. The support that the company offered was not very high qualify either, and frustrated me more than needed.

I like the fact that it allowed me to integrate the Zoho software with our Social Media platforms, it is very affordable and easy to use.

I had a bit of a hard time setting up the CRM but once I was able to it was easier to use, also I was not able to see when a campaign was sent

I use zoho campaigns for Sms marketing and it gives the best outcome because Sms message easily reaches to anyone in the short period of time

Zoho campaign simplifies marketing in the way that Sms marketing is easy to do

It's native integrations with Zoho CRM another zoho ecosystem, are amazing. We are able to use these tools to dynamically segment our users and send them the weekly and daily news reports that you want to send. Also, the automatic unsubscribed users across all the email list is also a great feature so we don't annoy our users again and again who want to be removed.

Maybe one thing that I dislike about Zoho campaigns is that they could actually work on a lot more customization and it comes to graphs and charts. But then maybe this is very specific to my industry, but I think adding on top of that would be super useful for us.

Our Marketing team uses this software for their newsletter and specific Marketing emails. The interface to create emails is simple and offers enough customization. I use this tool from time to time to help to set up custom variables. The other good thing is it integrates with our Zoho CRM and we can track a lot of parameters.

There was a bit of a learning curve for setting up custom variables. But once you know, it's easy.

Zoho campaigns is very easy to use, effective and flexible. Gives you everything you want.

Nothing. It is an amazing product, the best out in the market.

I tried many email services as a marketer. Zoho Campaigns is better in terms of price, speed and simplicity. Now it takes 1 minute for me to send my campaigns.

Please add more contact limits per subscripition.

All features like contact management, campaign management and engagement monitoring all are great.

Didn't face any issues as such which can be listed under cons.

it is very easy to setup contacts, create campaigns, and track campaign performance.

can only schedule campaigns 24 hours from the time you create the campaign.

Navigation is easy and well organized. No guessing what to do next.

I don't know if zoho integrates as well through zappier, etc

It is great platform, easy to use and very efficient for mass campaign

Zoho campaigns is integrated with many zoho app such as zoho survey which is used to asses businesses productive and this helps in campaigns sending.

Promotion of business and marketing of company is easy using Zoho campaigns.

The HTML custom widget in the email does not work well in the Gmail as it fails to load the required content

Is very easy to create newsletter or other arts for impact customers.

I really don´t like very mucho the way that youtube videos are showing in the email. It could be better.
