Both would have their advantage and disadvantage, but for the better experience I use Desktop - MS 365 includes Outlook. In my opinion Outlook is the best email application on the market, I can't think of anything else that could compete even closely. - Word is a perfect word processing app, Excel is one of the most powerful office applications on the market. Creating and managing documents without these apps is impossible today. Same as Outlook, these apps are standard office apps on the market and anyone can compete even closely. - All the applications allow you to collaborate and share files with other users. You can work with someone on the same Excel spreadsheet or Word file, the other user just needs to have a license for MS 365 apps on their device if they want to do it in desktop version. - File conversion is easy. If you have a doc file it's easy to convert it to a different format. > > **Desvantagens**: - Microsoft 365 is quite pricey if you need desktop versions of apps - As always, Microsoft support is a hit-or-miss, so if something is not working correctly - good luck - Microsoft is a bit shady about MS 365 right now trying to include Copilot for a higher price.
