> **Desvantagens**: The majority of our applicants (over 70%) are applying to our positions on their phone or tablet. We have found that many candidates do not own a desk top or lap top and they either will not follow through with the assessment or it takes a longer time to access one to complete the assessment. I would love to see the capability of applicants doing the assessment on their Smart phones.
