The best thing about Dotloop is the end user experience. It is so easy to use.

Nothing - I find it completely searchable, and easy to find my clients and their purchase/sale addresses.

Dotloop was easy to set up and use. The dashboard for yourself and the one you’re sending documents to is very useful for both parties. Pricing was affordable.

I can’t access dotloop through my cell phone when I’m not in the office. That is my only complaint.

It is very easy to use, I like how you can go back and fix a document signature line before sending it out and you dont have to start all the way from the beginning like other sites.

Maybe they can incorporate a section that remembers your most common documents and theyre signature spots. even if it is a document i am uploading myslef vs a template already provided.

It is not used by all parties in a transaction.

Prior to being a Realtor I was an Admin in Broker office and dotloop certified to train our Agents. I like the program and have never used another so have no comparison.

Two signatures required and the constant signing in.

Dotloop is easy to use and implement in everyday Real Estate needs. Managing forms and transaction history is simple.

What I like least about dotloop is that you cannot merge loops if someone else has entered info. Also, sometimes fields will randomly delete when I am entering information.

Dotloop takes the extra step in organizing your documents under different "Loops." This helps you stay on task and creates more organization. Plus, they now sync with the MLS.

Sometimes, clients have trouble finding the email to E-sign because it goes to their SPAM folder. So you just have to give your clients the heads up to look there.

As a buying Agent, I don't have any problems from getting back signatures from buyers,, but when I send the signed by buyers docs to a listing Agent, my docs on my side still stay unsigned, even though the seller and listing Agent signed it. All my Contracts and other docs in my loop stay unsigned by sellers and their Agent. I have to ask them to email the signed doc. It is very uncomfortable and time consuming.
With DocuSign, I get their signatures immediately and right on spot without asking receivers to send the signed documents in a separate email.

Dotloop has a great system, we used it mostly in our real estate transactions for digital signature, transaction management and general real estate use.

The worst part of dotloop is they have been bought by Zillow and now shares the data with them. As an agent, we put lots of personal data into this system during a transaction. We have never had a client that is ok with us sharing this data to other companies, much less a competitor in our industry.

The learning curve is very easy. I like how I can have folders set up for every property and can archive items that I no longer need.

I'd like to be able to remove a person from the loop

dotLoop simplifies the document signing process immensely, especially when it comes to real estate transactions. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for less tech-savvy users. However, dotLoop does have its drawbacks. There can be occasional glitches with the software, particularly when loading large documents. Moreover, for infrequent users, the number of features can seem overwhelming, leading to a somewhat steep learning curve. Lastly, while support materials are provided, live customer support responsiveness could be improved for more efficient issue resolution.

Easily manages my files. User friendly.

That a secondary signature can not be used with the same address, I would with a lot of elderly people who share one email address therefore I have to pay $300 a year for DocuSign additionally

I don't have to be in person to send and receive signatures.

When i first started using this app I couldn't navigate like I wanted to.

It’s easy to make changes and my documents as an agent are already on template.

I didn’t like when I left my agency I couldn’t get access to my documents on my new account. But I just had to ask the previous company for access and they granted me limited access so I can download docs.
