Perform and Reward, an SMB solution based on the SAP SuccessFactors enterprise app, provides managers with a way to motivate their team members and align performance with company goals. The app's key features allow you to create goals, track performance, define rewards, and gain insight through data. The goal management features of the app include a Goal Wizard to write SMART goals and a Goal Library to access pre-written SMART goals categorized by departments and positions.
The feedback management features of Perform and Reward include a Writing Assistant and Coaching Adviser to better foster and develop talent. The Team Rater tool lets you compare employees' performance side-by-side, benchmarking performance indicators in roles across the company. The 360 Reviews feature lets you gather feedback from colleagues and outside participants to help employees further understand their performance and contribution to the company.
Further organizational, collaboration and staff visibility features of Perform and Reward include a custom home page with your logo and all your company info, including tasks, deadlines, and core values. You can also create a live organizational chart with reporting lines and team structure graphs. You can set up employee files to get an individual overview of each staff members' backgrounds, skills, and certifications. The Talent Dashboards and reports give a visual understanding into how successful your talent management efforts are and help identify areas for improvement.

Training and SOX deployment is bit difficult
Its been difficult implementing the system. Lots of challenges. However, the product is in the beginning stages and has lots of room to grow. I see the potential.
Vantagens
I like that it is a applicant tracking system that can pull various reports. If you ask it, it will deliver an excel report.
Desvantagens
For larger companies, it is quite difficult to maintain the permissions list of who has acces to what. There are some users that have special roles and you need to maintain that user list everytime someone leaves or comes new to the org.
The system is locked down. you only have a set amount of user fields (I beleive 7 slots), to populate user names on job requisitions.
Overall usability and end user experience makes this a great solution. Because it's a Cloud based solution it also allows end users to transact anytime and everywhere.
Vantagens
The ease of change management to move over from legacy solutions to a Cloud Based solution that SuccessFactors provides end users.
Desvantagens
The lack of a robust payroll solution. Currently end users decides to rather keep their payroll solution in SAP ECC or other software.
We implemented this software 2 years ago and I cannot imagine working with sap on premise any more. It"s fun!
Vantagens
The Software is very easy to use. You can customize it to your intern HR prozesses. It make HR administration so much more fun - its modern, uncomplicated and user friedly.
Desvantagens
The design of the perfomance form could be better.
