Plus, the whole system just works smoothly (sharing passwords with groups of people who all have access; creating 2FA codes; creating \& sharing passkeys; security). > > **Desvantagens**: The app is so secure that it can be a little confusing how to set up a new device, but 1Password makes it so simple with their "Emergency Kit" and step-by-step instructions that it's really not an issue. ----- ### "A secure, scalable, and user-friendly password management tool for QA Teams." — 4.0/5 > **Clara** | *22 de outubro de 2025* | Software | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: 1Password is a reliable password management tool, with an intuitive UI, secure vault sharing, and smooth user onboarding across teams. > > **Desvantagens**: I think the team admin dashboard can feel limited for large-scale audits or detailed user activity reporting, detailed logs might be useful. > > As a QA Manager for a large company I think this tool is very handy, it is streamlined, secure, and efficient for managing credentials across projects and devices. ----- ### "an impressive tool" — 3.0/5 > **Lawrent** | *22 de abril de 2022* | Gestão da educação | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: It is easy to create an account, affordable (starts at $2.99 a month), and very intuitive to use. I like the Watchtower feature that alerts you of weak / compromised / reused passwords so you can keep up with your level of security. I like the autofill and password generator features, and the sense of security the app provides (multi-factor, auto sign-off, travel mode). 1 GB of encrypted file storage provides plenty of storage if you need that much. > > **Desvantagens**: like with any online service, basically, the fact that all my secure password are out in the cloud, is always a bit worrying. I found Laspass's dark web feature interesting, and 1password seems to be missing it. > > Remembering all passwords can be a hassle especially if you don't want to keep too easy-to-guess passwords. 1password allowed me to quickly generate strong passwords and store (and forget) them, relying on the app to autofill and securely keep the passwords at hand. However, with similar services for free such as Keychain or Chrome's password management app, it makes me question the need for paid applications just to get a few more features. For the price though, those features might be worthwhile. ----- ### "Only positive things to say\!" — 5.0/5 > **Sarah** | *17 de julho de 2025* | Software | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: 1Password does all of the basics well, including: - Password generation - Password saving/autofill - Two-factor authentication - Sharing of passwords and secure notes through a vault It's easy to get up and running in 1Password, and we feel good knowing that user access and vault sharing can be customized and restricted easily. > > **Desvantagens**: The 1Password Google Chrome add-on is kind of hit or miss. It can be helpful and work properly most times, and sometimes just get in the way by making suggestions in text boxes that aren't applicable. They also haven't updated their interface of the admin portal in a while, and it can feel a little bit clunky/hard to navigate. > > At its core, 1Password is a relatively simple tool and straightforward for administrators. Once employees get set up, we know that they'll be able to securely save their passwords and notes, along with credit card information, etc. Additionally, the two-factor authentication code generation is a big advantage when there is one set of credentials shared among multiple team members. ----- ### "Easy and fit for purpose" — 5.0/5 > **Sakhara** | *5 de junho de 2024* | Saúde, bem-estar e condicionamento físico | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Great for keepingban eye on your stored passwords and letting you know if any of them are compromised. It’s like having a personal security guard for your digital life\! > > **Desvantagens**: I have any issues so far using the software. ----- Page: 1 / 87\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/101103/1password?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/101103/1password) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
