We'll charge the currency balance associated with the first card issued to you, in either USD or USD equivalent, every year on December 19”. Ordered a card. Activated the card on December 20, Payoneer immediately charged the annual fee. Contacted Payoneer support to ask why the company's policy on the website misleads users. Received this response: “We charge the annual fee on the exact day of activation to ensure that the fee covers the full year starting from the activation date and extending through the same date in the following year. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Please note that this policy is not currently reflected in the pricing and fees section.
