We get to choose which features suit us best, which gives us the best value for money spent on our HRIS as a whole. The customer support is great. I generally reach out via email, but customer support is available by phone as well. > > **Desvantagens**: The only cons for the system are knowing how to look up information in the knowledge base. However, that has even gotten easier with the AI functionality recently added. > > Overall, the experience with Paylocity has been wonderful for time tracking, banking, and money management on both the employer and employee sides. ----- ### "Great all in one resource." — 5.0/5 > **Nicole** | *10 de agosto de 2026* | Consultório médico | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Paylocity is an excellent all in one resource for your employee files, payroll and benefits information. > > **Desvantagens**: The form that is required for updating an accrual is confusing, in my opinion. It also takes longer to update than I would like. Sometimes it takes more than one payroll to update. > > Customer service is always reachable. If you need to be escalated, you are generally contacted by the escalated person later on in the day. They keep excellent notes on when you call in and what it was about so if you do call back the next person picks up where you left off. ----- ### "Paylocity Review" — 3.0/5 > **Jackie** | *30 de setembro de 2026* | Varejistas | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Great for streamlining Payroll. Quick access to employee profiles and information. The community feature is awesome. > > **Desvantagens**: Payroll and Time \& Labor systems are separate. Some fields are duplicated and need to be updates in multiple locations. > > It's been a pleasant experience and we have worked with a lot of great people from Paylocity. Happy we made the switch ----- ### "Refer everyone to it" — 4.0/5 > **Tricia** | *5 de agosto de 2026* | Manutenção predial | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I have been in HR for 19 years and have used a lot of HRIS systems. Paylocity has been the most all-encompassing product and the most user friendly. > > **Desvantagens**: They sell you "dedicated account support" but not once in the 7 years we have had them as my rep answered when I called in. They will reply to emails, but most times that takes at least 2 days and then a canned response is given without looking at what I already did/sent. When you reply, it could be days for another response. > > I have switched another company to Paylocity. Of the systems I have used, although it has it's cons, it is light years better than the current competition. ----- ### "Good payroll provider but some areas lack." — 4.0/5 > **Tina** | *30 de setembro de 2026* | Materiais de construção | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The integration with our 401k broker and the onboarding procedure takes the some of the stress and paperwork off my hands. > > **Desvantagens**: There seems to be issues with out of state employment taxes and also remitting employee 401k loans causing them to default. > > Customer service is always friendly and tries to be helpful but sometimes I feel they have no clue. I would think any payroll company would know if you have other work locations in a different state and employees that live in a different stae, you would need to use those taxes but they just left them out. ----- Page: 1 / 80\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/102695/webpay?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/102695/webpay) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
