The platform is easy to use. It allowed us to create and manage an online store quickly and efficiently. It also offers a wide range of customizable templates and design options. Because of that we were able to create a visually appealing and professional-looking store. Another pro is the platform's integrations with popular payment gateways and social media platforms, such as PayPal and Facebook. So it was easy to accept payments and promote our products and services online. Ecwid also offers advanced security measures to protect customer data and ensure secure transactions. > > **Desvantagens**: Ecwid may not be suitable for businesses with very large product catalogs, as it can be resource-intensive and may require additional server resources to handle the load. Our company had already faced this issue. Other than that, everything is fine with Ecwid. > > Overall, Ecwid is a solid choice for businesses looking to create and manage an online store. Its user-friendly interface and wide range of features make it easy to set up and manage an online store, while its integrations with popular payment gateways and social media platforms provide a convenient and effective way to promote and sell products and services online. However, it may not be the best choice for businesses with very large product catalogs or those looking for a particularly fast and efficient platform. ----- ### "Simple shopping cart solution for website." — 4.0/5 > **Cynthia** | *9 de setembro de 2024* | Companhias aéreas/Aviação | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Ability to easily integrate a small product inventory into our own website. > > **Desvantagens**: Incorporating shipping options/costs was a bit confusing. > > Overall experience has been very good. The Ecwid shopping cart works nicely with our website. ----- ### "Poor functionality, terrible customer service" — 2.0/5 > **Brienne** | *19 de dezembro de 2023* | Publicidade e marketing | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: It came with the website builder we use, Snapps, and so had to try and initially the setup was easy, but it quickly went downhill the more we wanted to customize. > > **Desvantagens**: Clunky interface, minimal customizing, and customer service had delayed replies, and when they did reply -no mater how explicit our questions—they never answered clearly, or, would punt us to their FAQ On their site, most of which are a few paragraphs and not even fully finished pages, so you are left still unsure about next steps or getting your problem solved. > > Because I had a very specific use (ticket purchases and donation function) I would not recommend. I ended up having myself and 2 other team members trying to figure out their system \& get the results we needed, and it was impossible, limited, and poor customer support. ----- ### "Easy to Use and Fully Functional\!" — 5.0/5 > **Latresse** | *8 de agosto de 2019* | Varejistas | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Easy to create new products for online store. I've tried other companies and always revert back to Ecwid. It provides all the necessary told and features for a website or online retail store. ----- ### "Good but can be too expensive" — 4.0/5 > **Jonathan** | *1 de outubro de 2024* | Segurança de rede e informática | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Easy to use, easy to integrate payment methods. > > **Desvantagens**: Got too expensive and price is to high for the amount of tools it got. > > Overall, its good if you are starting an online store for the easiness but at the end it can get too expensive. ----- Page: 1 / 25\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/103095/ecwid?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/103095/ecwid) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
