> **Vantagens**: They have so much potential if they could get the communication down. It’s been one person says this and one person says that. Basically don’t believe anything they say in the sales pitch unless it’s in crystal clear writing. They will say anything to get the sell.

> **Desvantagens**: Everything I said about. The miscommunication and false information.

> Again they could run the market on the pos world if they would get it together with the lack of truth and accountability for what was said by sales reps. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.

E.g Multiple store locations are all separated on the control panel with no option for one big "All Stores"

> **Vantagens**: After going through the set up of a rival product 2 years ago and spending 2 years using that system, onboarding and use of Lavu has been the best experience.  The onboarding timeline was great to follow along as we were going through the steps.  They were able to create exactly what I wanted for the menus. We had to use a system that is totally usable on WiFi.  This caused a couple of headaches during installationb Using the system has been very intuitive.  Training our team is super easy.

> **Desvantagens**: For the most part, we haven't had a bad experience.  Even with the difficulties installing the 2 wireless printers everyone handled the process and the glitches with professionalism even when it took us 4 hours to get it right.

> Everything is working smoothly and the system is so easy to operate.
