For example, after the first 2-3 touches, myphoner could automatically send out an email to the potential customer for the SDR. > > I have used myphoner as an SDR and I am still using it as an SDR Supervisor. As an SDR it helped me stay organized with the different verticals I was calling depending on the timezone they sat in. I also really like the CRM functionality and being able to edit the software to fit my needs with follow ups and the prospective company data. For example, if your data shows you should be talking to Person A but on the call you find out it is actually Person B, you can easily change the data in real time. > > **Desvantagens**: I do wish the app had more functionality.
