When we archive a person, they retain their groups, for instance they still show up in the birthday and anniversary lists. I find the cost very reasonable, the support is very good - even when one asks a stupid question. I am the primary user and find it very easy to manage our membership, and our pledge giving. Reporting is easy to use and I, on many occasions, have been able to pull up information quickly when needed. We have never had any issues with online giving. I feel totally secure in having this information in the CT system. Unfortunately, we do not use the accounting platform. > > **Desvantagens**: This issue is specifically on our end and not CT. I cannot get more people interested in using the online application for any aspect of CT. With an aging population, technology is not what they want.
