I think for a platform i did not know before, and the fact that the market is so competitive. It's impressive to see the quality of HiBob > > **Desvantagens**: Navigating the menus can sometimes be complicated because of top many options and menus being displayed. This might be an internal issue that said ----- ### "popular HR management tool" — 5.0/5 > **Andrii** | *2 de fevereiro de 2025* | Automação industrial | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: hi Bot is trully popular solution within HR managers. So they use it on the top of finger tips. In includes onboarding, time and event tracking and connectivity to payroll system. Priced affordably for every size of business. Good is build in Microsoft AUTH module not only Google that makes sence. Very logical embedded menue logic in interface. > > **Desvantagens**: Would be good to have build in sophisticated Aplicant Tracking System with sourcing from 3D party profiles. Not large variety of payroll providers (Xero) but could be issue for international contractors. Good to have password manager for direct user assignments and information record about user hardware received from company. > > Good tool, very popular, very functional and priced moderately. Good to manage team up to 200 users. ----- ### "Not worth the pricetag" — 2.0/5 > **Avaliador Verificado** | *1 de maio de 2023* | Serviços financeiros | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: It was easy on the eyes from a user perspective for employees > > **Desvantagens**: The 1on1s weren't recurring for managersThe demo showed us all the bells and whistles but they all came either added costsForms didn't flow properlyThe setup of this was a nightmare especially syncing it to payroll and creating the pay and leave rulesRestrictions around which users or administrators can have access to things in particularMany steps to do something simpleNo on demand support even during implementation it was all self serviceIssues with leave submitted syncingSurveys are incredibly basic, questions are double barrelled, non actionable and aren't backed by research or science > > Disappointing. For the price you pay, it's simply not worth it. ----- ### "Bob is a great add to your People Team" — 4.0/5 > **Avaliador Verificado** | *9 de janeiro de 2025* | Software | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Bob is really multifaceted and has filled a lot of gaps we have as a smaller People team. It honestly is a bit more than we need at our org size, but I can toggle off things we don't utilize, which is super helpful. Being in several countries Bob was an easy call to make because the level of detail is there for things like holidays and what information we need for folks based on their locations. The integrations to our other tech stack are also amazing compared to other systems we have utilized. > > **Desvantagens**: Some of the processes to set things up seem to be over complicated, but support is usually able to assist and there is a very robust library to problem solve with. The reporting can take a bit to learn how to get what you want but once you do it's actually really great. > > All in Bob is great, we often call him "Our Bestie Bob" and speak of him as an actual member of our team. ----- ### "Easy to use and full featured, employee friendly" — 4.0/5 > **Colin** | *8 de fevereiro de 2025* | Publicidade e marketing | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: It doesn’t feel too corporate, fits well with the startup/scaleup culture we have. Easy to record absences and find team information easily too. > > **Desvantagens**: Mobile app doesn’t quite have the same features as the desktop site. > > Really positive, works well for the team, supports SSO, allows us to integrate kudos system and easy to use. ----- Page: 1 / 8\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/105469/hibob?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/105469/hibob) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
