I love how you can switch between different views (grid, calendar, gallery, kanban) and build simple interfaces on top of your data, which makes everyday work feel smooth and actually enjoyable. > > **Desvantagens**: The main disappointment for me is that Airtable focuses on exporting and importing data, but not really on exporting or importing the structure of a base. There’s no simple, native way to move a full schema (tables, fields, relationships) between workspaces or to back it up, so you often end up recreating the structure by hand or relying on scripts and workarounds. > > Overall, my experience with Airtable has been very positive, and it has become one of my favorite tools to work in every day. It hits a great balance between spreadsheet simplicity and database power, with a UI that makes complex data feel approachable and lets me build useful tools for my team without heavy development work. ----- ### "Great business tool" — 5.0/5 > **Susan** | *6 de abril de 2025* | Serviços de eventos | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: There is much more flexibility in Airtable than traditional spreadsheets. I love the different entry types - especially photos. I also love how easy sorting and integrating with other applications is. > > **Desvantagens**: The automations section is a bit confusing. It's very useful though when you get used to it. > > Airtable has been a critical improvement for my business over traditional spreadsheets. I have several integrations hooked to Airtable and have found it to be very reliable and secure. ----- ### "Buyer beware of pricing traps" — 2.0/5 > **Jason** | *8 de setembro de 2025* | Varejistas | Recommendation rating: 4.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Great ability to manage a large database of information. Solid user experience. Easy to integrate information together. > > **Desvantagens**: While Airtable is a great product, the pricing is terrible. Here are two pricing traps to be aware of: \* When you upgrade from a Team to Business plan, you cannot downgrade without deleting almost your entire base to a free plan. Then you can upgrade back to a Team plan. \* The monthly usage does not reset even if you pay for a new month. Customer service reached out to apologize for one bad interaction and claimed they would do something to make it right, but never did anything. ----- ### "Makes data work more flexible, give it a try" — 5.0/5 > **Gail** | *27 de junho de 2026* | Construção | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: What i like most about Airtable is how it blends database power with ease of use.I also like how it scales well into project management with linked records and automation that keeps everything connected. > > **Desvantagens**: At the moment I can’t think of any negativity towards Airtable since everything I needed with it was delivered. ----- ### "Airtable is versatile and easy to use." — 5.0/5 > **Tracy** | *21 de fevereiro de 2025* | Arquitetura e planejamento | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I am using the free version for project management, and I like the way is displays and tracks all my projects, and I can sort tasks by due day, status or project. > > **Desvantagens**: The free version does not let you use the timeline feature for tracking projects. > > I have used Airtable in my various positions, for various tasks. When working at an animal shelter, I used it to keep track of lost and found pet reports and adoption inquiries. Personally, I use it to keep track of my tax lien purchases, and in my current job, it helps me keep my projects organized and me on task. ----- Page: 1 / 91\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/106031/airtable?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/106031/airtable) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
