I love that it doesn't have a lot of extra that you don't really need. It's streamlined, which makes it easy to navigate to exactly where you need to go without a lot of extra clicks. I'm still learning the app, but I think that's going to be a game-changer for our users\! > > **Desvantagens**: I wish there was a little more seamless integration between the different admin functions. For example, in order to retire someone manually, I have to go to Matches to determine who needs to be retired, and then go into Manage Participants to retire them. I wish that admins could click on a user's profile and perform all functions from that spot. > > We are primarily focused on improving the onboarding experience of our clinical staff at this time. MentorcliQ has been essential in helping us match new graduate nurses with the perfect mentor for them, and then provide timely communication so that both partners stay engaged in the mentoring process. All of our stakeholders have expressed their gratitude for the program, and for the platform, which makes it easy for them to manage the mentoring relationship independently. It also saves an insane amount of time for administrators of the mentoring programs, by automating matching, communication, and tracking. It's been a huge win for us\! ----- ### "MentorCliq Benefits" — 5.0/5 > **Daniel** | *4 de junho de 2025* | Hospitais e Saúde | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: My overall experience with MentorCliq was very positive. The platform provided a clear framework that made it easy to connect with my mentor/mentee, set goals, and track progress over time. The structured resources and guidance helped keep our conversations focused and meaningful. It took the guesswork out of mentoring and made the process more impactful and consistent. I appreciated how easy it was to navigate and how it supported real relationship-building. > > **Desvantagens**: One thing I disliked was that some of the structured prompts or resources felt a bit generic at times and didn’t always match the specific goals or industry focus of our mentorship. It would be great to have more customizable or role-specific content. Additionally, if either participant wasn’t fully engaged, the platform alone couldn’t drive the relationship forward—but that’s more about user commitment than the tool itself > > My overall experience with MentorCliq was structured and supportive. The platform made it easy to build a productive mentor-mentee relationship by offering clear goals, scheduling tools, and conversation guides. It helped guide meaningful discussions and ensured we stayed on track with our objectives. While the experience ultimately depended on the engagement of both participants, MentorCliq provided the tools needed to make our time together intentional and impactful. I was able to grow measurably in project management and communication skills through the program. ----- ### "Very positive experience." — 5.0/5 > **Char** | *12 de outubro de 2025* | Hardware | Recommendation rating: 3.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Easy to use interface. Clear tracking of mentoring program. And email reminders to stay on top of the program tracking. > > **Desvantagens**: I don’t have anything particular I would say that I don’t like about MentorcliQ. My experience so far has been positive. > > Very positive, and would definitely encourage other within my company or outside, with their company, to use. ----- ### "MentorcliQ: Empowering Growth Through Connection" — 5.0/5 > **Nicole** | *6 de outubro de 2025* | Hospitais e Saúde | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Goal-Oriented Mentoring The use of SMART goals and partnership agreements helps participants stay focused and intentional. The Partnership Agreement Completed outlines expectations, boundaries, and career progression goals, which mentees found motivating and actionable > > **Desvantagens**: Time Commitment Expectations The program recommends 30-minute monthly meetings, but some mentors and mentees found it difficult to maintain consistency due to workload or scheduling conflicts. This was discussed during the IT PMCoP meeting on 11/15/2023, where barriers to participation were openly acknowledged. > > Participating in the MentorcliQ program has been a rewarding and growth-oriented journey. From the moment I was matched with my mentee \[sensitive content hidden\] the platform provided a structured and supportive environment to foster meaningful development conversations. The onboarding process was smooth, and the resources—such as the Mentor Program HR Guidebook and Mentor Program FAQ Draft—offered clear guidance on expectations, goal-setting, and best practices for mentoring. ----- ### "Easy to use and has a lot of great tips, but lacks guidance" — 5.0/5 > **Anderson** | *27 de agosto de 2025* | Fabricação elétrica/eletrônica | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I liked its ease of getting it set up and use, and also its flexibility. It offers various tips for mentoring groups which are invaluable when meeting new people internally. > > **Desvantagens**: I think it could have tools for better guided discussions. It has a lot of tips, but that makes it hard to know where to start. I think it could have a better option for specifying work location. One group I was a part of was all on-site. The other was across 3 locations, so we had to meet virtually. > > It has been great\! As mentioned, it is easy to get started with it and get assigned into a group. It offers various tips flexibly for whatever the group wants to talk about which can be decided and discussed per group. ----- Page: 1 / 9\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/106117/mentorcliq-employee-mentoring?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/106117/mentorcliq-employee-mentoring) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
