Event Navigator extends beyond just scheduling features when it comes to running successful events, conferences, meetings and beyond. Organizers and planners can access a cloud-based multi-user environment via the browser to centrally procure, assign and track event resources including multiple venues, vendors, rooms, equipment, services and indeed staff. These resources can then be allocated to the multiple functions that make up scheduled events, which can be created and viewed within event calendars, schedules, Gantt or agenda charts.
Collaborative features allow organizers to work together in real-time when scheduling an unlimited amount of multi-location events. Users can produce task To-Do lists for themselves or fellow event coordinators, while files and documents can be attached to events with varying access permissions for sharing. Team members can be invited into event planning circles from venue or vendor lists, leveraging event logs to track updates made by everyone associated. Boasting wholly customizable categories and filtered views, Event Navigator also makes reporting options available for the export of resource lists and alerting in the event of resourcing restrictions or scheduling conflicts.
