The pricepoint is great for a system like this and very flexible in terms of different functions and users. To have unlimited free users is valuable for us with a lot of freelance users that need access. The support is outstanding\! Answers quickly and always replies to feature requests or bug reports. > > **Desvantagens**: Its not always simple to navigate and some functions can be hidden. Overall the system can feel a bit overengineered sometimes. For our usercase the system lacks in terms of tracking specific equipment and being able to book it by serial number. > > Rentman checks most of the boxes for us. To be able to fit crewplanning, equipment inventory and planning, maintenance and repair. The list goes on for all the functions in this system\! ----- ### "Two years in full use" — 4.0/5 > **Paulo** | *19 de dezembro de 2024* | Serviços de eventos | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Stock management and crew planner, overall a good application > > **Desvantagens**: lack of features to help business management and control > > So far so good, but we need more options to fully control the business ----- ### "Lacking in so many ways" — 3.0/5 > **Kara** | *23 de outubro de 2022* | Hotelaria | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Simplistic Great at tracking inventory only > > **Desvantagens**: Does not.... Track payments, billing due or past due billingOutside of inventory, it doesnt do much to help move an event forwardReport on anything other than inventory > > From an event perspective, this software is lacking in so many ways. if you just need to track your software, this could be a great option. It is outdated but this help with the simplisity of the product. When investing in a software, I want something that will act as close to a one stop shop as I can get meaning in assists with contracting, accounts payment, accounts receivable, inventory management, reporting, deploy and track labor, etc. This software really is just an inventory software and not suited for the hospitality industry. ----- ### "Rentman rocks ;)" — 5.0/5 > **Stefan** | *10 de março de 2025* | Filmes e vídeos | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Lots of intuitive features and services, great interconnection between desktop/browser and the smartphone app\! Wide range of data input for equipment - makes analysis and data export a breeze > > **Desvantagens**: There are some weird issues with how the window is behaving on different screen sizes with, in my opinion, not quite enough possibilites to adjust the workspace to ones liking. > > We are now in the 3rd year of Rentman usage and are overall very happy with the product - there is constant work and improvement of the software to make things better or work out bugs. ----- ### "Give your review a title" — 5.0/5 > **mosab** | *15 de abril de 2025* | Produção audivisual | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Desvantagens**: everything All of it. It's easy. Quick. And the methods of searching and adding are very wonderful .. > > The tongue is indescribable This space will not be enough to write all the positives .Very cool ..thanks ----- Page: 1 / 11\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/106621/rentman?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/106621/rentman) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
