We used to use a combination of the library check out system, a google sheet for reservations and a printed sheet for accessories. Now it's all in one place. Cheqroom generates a PDF that is auto-emailed to students. The whole "load more items" thing is kind of dumb. It's weird going from reservation to "checking out" to checked out. We don't have external users for this, we just use it to manage the equipment in our office. I should just be able to click a button and say the equipment is checked out. It would be good to track the amount we charge equipment out at per-day of reservation. We currently charge our equipment out at per day basis.
