The sales team were extremely friendlt and assisted with getting me a trial. > > **Desvantagens**: Ninja One does a lot of things but soemtimes an all in one product doesnt do them well. I ran the product along side other product trials and its vulnerability management was extremely poor and missed so many vulnerabilities. > > The product was just not reliable to trust it protecting my network. The software management wasnt as good as other products. This isn't a big issue as once you learn the user interface you appreciate the benefits NinjaOne brings. > > I have loved my time using NinjaOne, NinjaOne has provided a remote solution I can use to monitor the health of our wallboards, deploy mandatory software updates to wallboards in different buildings at the push of a button, and allows me to troubleshoot issues with our wallboards remotely.
