The survey results are easy to track and review and the verbatims have given us detailed insights into what we've got right and what we need to work on. There is always help available when needed - it's great that the SightMill team is so responsive.

> **Desvantagens**: We found some of the reporting tools a bit challenging to work with at first, but they have since been updated and there's now really nothing that we've a problem with.

And as a widely used industry standard, NPS is something we can use directly with our customers.  &#10;&#10;Plus SightMill are a joy to work with - helpful and responsive at all times.
