Orcanos e-DMS

Orcanos e-DMS, as part of Orcanos Medical e-QMS solution, is a cloud-based document control software designed to help quality managers automate, manage, and optimize every aspect of their quality process, with features such as automated revision control, workflow automation, electronic signature, real-time alerts, and more. As a cloud-based solution, Orcanos e-DMS gives users the flexibility to manage the document lifecycle anytime, anywhere, via any internet-enabled device.

Automated document control and management tools help users streamline tasks such as document import, approval and distribution. Document workflow automation technology ensures that no task is overlooked or forgotten. The import tool enables users to import their entire file system into a central repository for quick access, while custom DMS dashboards and analytics give users actionable insight into their quality process. Orcanos e-DMS maintains compliance for electronic records and signatures with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

Orcanos e-DMS supports a web-based user-friendly interface with both hierarchic view and list view options, plus multiple navigation capabilities such as searching, favoriting, checking last viewed items, and more. With a responsive user interface, Orcanos e-DMS allows users to manage documents conveniently via mobile and tablet devices. Document revisions are managed automatically based on routing status, so that previous revisions are made obsolete, and approved documents are directly published to PDF.
