The internal "report" system is great for people that know when there really is an issue... however when you have mostly college age kids working, they tend to report arbitrary things and it can swamp with alerts. More so, Paychex Flex offers documentation via PDF that is ready to print, analytics and more. I would not trust them with proper tax filings, they have very basic reports and you have to call for any report that may be a regular report for you but is not one of their very basic reports. > > Sorry to be so blunt, but it was a complete nightmare. I have worked with two companies in a row, where I cam in and they were using Paychex. Both places begged me to find a better payroll provider that met their needs.
