I don't have to walk them through every single step anymore. The link just works, they click it, and we’re talking. It’s been easy enough to record depositions and witness interviews, too. Plus, screen sharing when we're reviewing documents with co-counsel doesn't drop out all the time like our old setup did. The waiting room feature is a big help, at least, since I can control exactly who joins those sensitive calls. > > **Desvantagens**: Pricing keeps creeping up for features we don't even need. Their AI meeting summary thing is useless for legal work - misses critical details and I wouldn't trust it anyway. The interface changes every few months which is annoying when you just want consistency. Breakout rooms are clunky when coordinating with multiple experts on complex cases. > > It's become the default because everyone has it, not because it's exceptional. For client consultations and remote hearings it gets the job done reliably. I'm not thrilled about the cost but switching would create more headaches than it solves.
