It has been great, with many insightful pieces of information. Having all team members' availability at a glance and an organized organizational structure is always useful. Additionally, having all employees' information readily available is crucial during urgent situations.
Vantagens
What I like most about Rippling is that it is an all-in-one tool for managing our personnel at Designli. It is easy to use and provides insightful information.
My payments are always on time, payroll is easy to manage, and whenever I have encountered a problem, customer support has been there to assist me.
It is worth every penny.
Desvantagens
Honestly, I don’t have any cons to mention with my regular usage. As I’ve said, it provides a lot of insightful information for all team members.

Vantagens
This product has soooo much depth to it. It offers so much that it is great for scaling a company. I am now able to batch employees together as to who has access to what and able to not have multiple vendors for various things.
Desvantagens
There are so many features that trying to set it up is very time consuming and continues to take a lot of learning.

Frustrations are growing and changes get made without any communication to the customer. The customer is left on their own to figure out how to fix things because the support team doesn't seem to be aware of any programming changes.
Vantagens
Overall, Rippling is intuitive and easy to use and has streamlined our payroll process. Their strength is the payroll process. Other areas need work.
Desvantagens
The right hand (support), doesn't seem to know what the left hand (engineering), is doing. Many changes get made that alter our processes. When a support ticket is created, we rarely get any solutions or we received incorrect information and overall lack of understanding.

Rippling renders many minor, repetitive tasks obsolete. It takes time to set up workflows, but once they are set up the way you like, they work like a charm, and you don't look back. Their customer service is excellent, especially the quarterly check-ins with my dedicated Account Manager.
Vantagens
Integrations with other software, customized workflows, and ease of use in finding what we're looking for. Payroll is easy to use and customizable to our needs. This includes the employee profiles for easy management and our various leave policies.
Desvantagens
The cost is slightly higher than that of other companies. There are some delays in their product roadmap on select items, but they are constantly improving their product and actively requesting feedback from customers, which is excellent.

It’s a reliable, easy-to-use platform that centralizes payroll, benefits, onboarding, and IT management, which has significantly streamlined our internal processes. While there are a few areas for improvement, it has consistently delivered strong value for our team.
Vantagens
Rippling’s biggest strength is how seamlessly it brings payroll, benefits, onboarding, and IT management into one easy-to-use platform. The interface is intuitive, automation saves time on repetitive tasks, and having everything centralized has made HR operations much more efficient for our team.
Desvantagens
Some reporting and data exports can be less flexible than expected, and certain advanced features aren’t always easy to locate without guidance. Additionally, support response times can vary for more complex issues, occasionally requiring follow-up.
