Good support. > > **Desvantagens**: Communication on price changes could be better as your audience grows > > Very good email automation app with helpful support team. Would recommend ----- ### "Omnisend Fan From Iowa" — 5.0/5 > **Bill** | *10 de abril de 2025* | Varejistas | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: It has a ton of features that make it pretty robust. The more I learn, the more I want to do, and the features needed have always been there when I am ready. They also have a lot of great training. > > **Desvantagens**: I wish there was live chat, but their response to tickets is almost always very quick. Not really a negative, I am just like a toddler when I have to wait for something\! > > Excellent product, intuitive, great customer support. ----- ### "Great Product with regular updates - just shame about the lack of customer support" — 3.0/5 > **Naz** | *30 de novembro de 2022* | Supermercados | Recommendation rating: 4.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Easy to use, syncs well with Shopify, new features added all the time. > > **Desvantagens**: Some bugs, very poor level of customer support, chat staff don't even understand basic issues about their own software > > Overall we've stuck to Omnisend mainly because the email marketing software market is very diluted and hard to navigate - many other companies have similar pros and cons, so for us it was about sticking with what we've already been trained on and have gotten used to. ----- ### "Omnisend has great potential" — 4.0/5 > **Yusuf** | *10 de abril de 2025* | Hardware | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The new features being added on a regular basis gives me hope about the future of Omnisend. > > **Desvantagens**: Omnisend is still not fully developed yet and missing some things. The editor leaves a lot to be desired and the UI could be cleaned up a bit. There are certain pages where it's not easy to simply "exit" what you're doing, and when you're creating new campaigns, you have to select a template instead of being given the option to start with a blank slate. > > Mostly positive with some minor frustrations that could be easily fixed. ----- ### "A Solid Marketing Platform with Great Support and Useful Features" — 4.0/5 > **DeWayne** | *10 de abril de 2025* | Roupa e moda | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The integration with WordPress was seamless, which made getting started much easier. I also find the revenue reporting tools helpful for tracking performance. The templates are straightforward and easy to customize, which makes creating campaigns efficient and stress-free. > > **Desvantagens**: I've encountered some challenges with integrating Omnisend with Elementor specifically. Additionally, finding clear online solutions for specific tasks within Omnisend can be a bit difficult. There were also some initial issues with connecting to my email provider, though those were eventually resolved. > > Overall, my experience has been positive. Customer service has been very responsive when I’ve run into issues, and their follow-up has been great. I appreciate how the platform supports a variety of marketing tasks through campaigns and automations. The cost is reasonable, and I believe it’s a worthwhile investment for growing a business. ----- Page: 1 / 35\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/112199/omnisend?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/112199/omnisend) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
